Played on Saturday the 23rd. Had read the recent reviews but found a coupon for a great rate so we decided to give it a try. The golf course was busy but we had a great day with only a threat of rain. The fairways were a little thin but from what I had heard they have come back a long way and are playable again. The greens looked very nice but a little slow. I was told they have some new equipment just arrive that they will put into effect next week that will help the roll tremendously for the future. Had a Jalepeno burger in Mulligan's that was unbelievable. Would definitely recommend the trip.

Played this course on a holiday and paid weekend rates for what I thought would be a great course. Had heard all the hype which I now know was obviously dated. Virtuallu, no grass in the fairways, the bunkers hadn't been dragged for weeks and the greens were quite shaggy. I won't ever go back even if it's free.

We played Victoria Hills on May 12, 2011. We were charged $60.00 a player. We were shocked over the conditions of the fairways and bunkers and no driving range. The greens were half dead. This course has gone downhill. We had to roll our ball in the fairway since there was no grass in the fairway. What a disappointment. We confronted the pro shop after play. They said that the middle of May they would charge $49.00 a player. This is even highway robbery. We play alot of golf in central Florida and we will play other courses before coming back to Victoria Hills.

Played VH 2 years ago and were thrilled with the facilities as well as the 4 (out 5) conditions of the course itself.

We came back this year as a result of that experience and will not come back.

The layout was still terrific but the greens were terrible - spotty grass - which led to much less than ideal putting conditions.

The fairways were fairly consistent but still a 3 of 5 rating.

Not sure what happened to this track - different management company perhaps?

Whatever the reason, and even at some extremely competitive deals offered, we would not recommend this track to anyone looking for the Victoria Hills of old - because it was nowhere to be found yesterday - sad to say.

Truly our favorite course in Central Florida, and that includes some courses at 4 times the expense. We paid $109 for 36 holes including the cart. It's a bit of a drive from Orlando or Daytona (1/2 hour+ depending on traffic) but worth it 100%. The course layout is absolutely gorgeous. Electric carts with the best GPS I've ever seen. The greens were not perfect, but they were better than most considering the drought this year. The clubhouse and staff were fantastic...we even stayed for dinner which was actually a very nice menu/meal. Not your typical clubhouse food - real entrees.
