While the unit itself was well within our expectations our experience with Resort Quest was anything but! The check in experience was exasperating! We had dinner reservations for 6pm and missed them because of the extended delay in check in. The on site support was direly lacking and insufficient. The unit was acceptable and in a great location. On a negative note, we felt it was overpriced for what you got.

This vacation did not begin well. We were assigned a unit at Cabana Club that was absolutely filthy. By the time we were moved the next morning our enjoyment of our week off was going downhill fast. The staff at Crystal Sands saved our vacation. They were great and so was this unit. It was immaculate and very well appointed. We had everthing we needed and the excellent condition of this unit along with the really superior service offered by the staff there turned a disaster into a really wonderful vacation.
