We stayed in room 301A. This condo building is an older building that may be in the process of being improved on the outside. The building entry is dark and dingy, but clean. The condo itself: Upsides: It was beautifully decorated with new furniture and new paint in beautiful colors. I think a professional designer worked on the decor. The master bed was very, very comfortable! The air conditioning worked great. We walked to the beach, which was about a block away. The bedroom area was able to be secluded from the living area by closing a hallway door - that was a nice touch. The bedrooms were large and each had a flatscreen TV. The unit included a wooden drying rack, which was a great place to hang our wet towels and swim suits. The master bathroom needed more towel bars to hang wet towels. Oh, and you could see the ocean (not the beach) if you leaned over the patio railing a looked left. One downside was that the ResortQuest is not very responsive when calling them to fix something. The ceiling fan in the second bedroom didn't work, causing the other couple with us to be too hot when sleeping. They finally fixed it after four calls to ResortQuest, two maintenance men, and two nights of it not working. Another negative is that the maintenance man had to get the wireless working for us. Once he did, it worked great. The other couple with us originally had planned to push the two single beds together in the second bedroom, but ended up just sleeping on one of the full-sized beds (not twin, but what we called the old double). All in all, this was a great place **as long as the ceiling fan works**.
