We really enjoyed our visit to the Marina Cafe! The maitre d's greeting at the door was friendly and he congratulated us on our anniversary. Our table had a beautiful view of the harbor, and our waiter was friendly and efficient. I had the shortrib appetizer and the redfish entree. Apparently the redfish has been a staple of the menu for a long time, and it was easy to see why - it was delicious. My wife had ahi for a starter and pasta for a main, and she enjoyed both of these also. Coconut cream pie for dessert - yum!
After dinner the maitre d recommended we take our glasses of wine outside on their back deck for a perfect view of the Thursday night fireworks. This added a special touch to the evening that we really appreciated. Food was delicious, service was excellent and personal, and the setting was beautiful. What's not to like?
