The condo was good enough to cover our basic needs. It had the essentials, but didn't go above & beyond. The couch is in need of replacement. The springs are SO uncomfortable in the middle cushion, so we just avoided sitting there. The rug in the living room was very dingy. It looked like it needed shampooing or replacement. They also could have used rugs in front of doors and by the beds to help with cleaning sand off feet. The entire condo is tile, which is nice for cleanliness, but a few throw rugs would've been nice. The king bed was functional but was a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen had the very basics, but it did not have some minor things like a pizza pan or pizza cutter. The condo did not have a washer/dryer in the unit, so you have to go down a hallway by the elevators and pay $1.50 per load to do laundry, which I thought was quite inconvenient. The fitness center in the building doesn't open until 8-9 AM everyday, which was also a nuisance for me. I had 3 toddlers to get ready and feed daily before heading to the beach, so I would've appreciated being able to work out earlier so we didn't waste part of our day for a workout. It rained most of our mornings or else I would've gone for a run. The fitness center was a big reason why we wanted to stay here and I never got to utilize it. Also, the building was having issues with the splash pad (another big reason we chose this place). It wasn't functioning for large portions of several days of our stay.
