We stayed at Coconut Villas for the first time during the last week in April. I can't say enough nice things about this property. We were on the second floor with a beautiful balcony view of the inter-coastal. The suite was immaculately clean and had all of the ammenities described on their website. The property is located at the beginning of the causeway that runs out to Honeymoon Island, one of the most beautiful beaches you will find anywhere. I would highly recommend spending tie out there if you are in the area.

Our second stay in 2677 March 17-31. Clean, spacious, comfortable with nice water view from sliders and balcony. Plus, lots of dolphins in St. Joseph Sound only 50-60 feet from our balcony. Easy access to beach and wonderful nature trail at Honeymoon Island State Park. 2 miles to excellent restaurants in attractive downtown Dunedin. Blue Jays baseball.

This was my first visit to Florida and we all loved the Coconut Villas! I will definitely be coming back! Comfortable and clean accommodations. Beautiful location with the water views, dolphin viewing, swimming pool and easy access to beaches. We had a wonderful day trip to Honeymoon State Park which I would highly recommend. Worth the small fee to get into the park, great beach with food and drink available. Downtown Dunedin was a nice town with great food. Highly recommend the tapas at The Living Room. My only complaint was that while the kitchen was adequately stocked, it was lacking a few basic items. And when we called the office for a request we never did hear back from them. But overall I have no hesitation in stating that this was a fabulous place to stay!

Just ended a weeks stay in 2687. Home away from home. Well appointed, clean and friendly. Pool was loved by the kids. Bbq area nice... Waterfront area, dolphins and bird watching, great... Looking fwd to next trip... One note price has gone up considerably from the 875 we paid a few years back to 2000.00 now.

Beautiful condo at a great location. Condo, pool and grounds were very clean. We stayed on the upper floor of 2691 Woodette Drive. It was a little closer to the road than we wanted but it turned out just fine. We saw dolphins jumping in the canal several times while we were there. There are several really good restaurants nearby and you can walk or drive to Honeymoon Park Beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Room Tip: I would recommend a bay view rather than a canal view. Second level provides the vest view.

The title says it! My wife & myself spend the month of January traveling around Florida staying different places and visiting friends & family who winter there. When we were in Key West, a couple we met suggested The Coconut Villas of Dunedin as a stop. Found it on-line and booked a week from Jan. 22 to 29. We were astounded by the place when we first arrived. Beautiful!!! Very clean and fully equipped! We didn't need a thing except groceries. The grounds were very clean & well maintained with nice pools, grills and seating. We stayed in a ground floor unit and could fish & feed the pelicans and Egrets. The deck over the water was nice to sit on & watch the Dolphins. The Management and maintenance people were very accommodating always ensuring things were OK. The grounds them selves were beautiful. Toward the end of the week, we booked another week. Restaurants and stores were within walking distance and were good also. The whole experience there was amazing. The only problem was leaving after 2 weeks!!! Will definitely head back there next winter.

The condo was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. The town is a little too old for our taste and the people staying at Coconut Villas weren't exactly the kid loving type, but overall the kids had a blast and were unaware that the people were staring at them. Some guests were staring with a smile while others were not. If we ever decide to go back to Dunedin or Clearwater Florida, we'll probably stay somewhere else, but that's just because we have three young children ages 7,5 and 2. If our kids were a little older or if we didn't have kids this place would be magical.

Room Tip: Half of the condos face East and the other half face North. If you want to wake up with the sun you...
