Very good little theatre company. Well performed. Nice theatre - physically. Several productions every year and numerous other special concert offerings. Reasonably priced.

We're staying in a condo in Englewood, Florida for several weeks and thought we'd check out the local regional theater in the area. We found the Lemon Bay Playhouse through google and checked out the trip advisor reviews and decided to give t a try. A play called "An Inspector Calls" was playing and we got 2 tickets. We didn't know what to expect. We've attended live theater in a lot of major cities like Chicago, New York, Toronto & London. We've seen a lot of regional theater in our own town of South Bend Indiana and thought that this production was right up there with the most professional productions. We spent a very pleasant evening watching a great play, with very talented actors.

Have seen some enjoyable light comedies at Lemon Bay Playhouse but the serious JP Priestly play "The Inspector Calls" was a surprise and a delight; finally - something with some substance. A lot of theater experience showed on the stage though where there was little it showed (doorbells & phones ringing late, one actor channeling young Brando - both provided a little unintended comic relief). But it's great to see a local playhouse tackle some serious material. Keep up the good work.

Great sight lines for a small theater, nice opportunity to briefly chat with the cast afterwards, and intermission refreshments most welcoming.

Adorable small local theater where the actors do not need microphones and the small intimate atmosphere makes it comfortable to laugh at funny scenes of a play.

This is a small local theatre. They always do a great job. The wine and cheese at intermisson is a real bonus.
