“How can you screw up chicken strips?”

First, let me say the service was very good, staff extremely friendly and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Having seen ads on TV and in mailers about Ruby's fabulous new chicken strips, we decided to give it a try. The first impression of the dish was a clue of bad things to come - the chicken strips were small, dark and scary. Apparently, no one has trained the cooks at Ruby's to prepare chicken. You do not cook it until it is dark brown and dried like an old prune. Seriously, how can you screw up chicken strips? We eat out often but this restaurant is now off our list. Too bad for the staff who are trying to make it a good dining experience.

Came to this restaurant on day 1 of FL vacation w/ 7 of us, including a hungry 2.5 yr old & squirmy 6 mo old.Staff was so accommodating w/ everything - manager even brought crackers & grapes while we waited & put the kid order in right away. Food was great (awesome salad bar, too!) . Would highly recommend!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience last evening at Ruby Tuesday in Estero with another couple. Not the typical Rubys' . . . beautiful wood iinterior, intimate bar, fresh and colorful salad bar - just a top notch restaurant with a fun, friendly and outgoing TEAM. The General Manager joined us at our table and visited telling us some of the history of the RT franchise. It was a 4 star visit with a rockstar staff and brilliant leadership.

Got there for an early dinner. Bad storm outside that evening, the waiter got us some extra large paper towels so we could dry off. Had great fast service because the storm was slowing down the later dinners.
