The vivacious owner of the Goodson Villas is amasing gentleman. He was so helpfull to us during our holiday.

He had thought for us everything which we would need it during our stay (clear pool, clear house-bath, wi-fi, cinema, pool games, other games, good kitchen, transfers from bus station to the rental, travel guidance).

Because of the rental's location is in between the city center and National Park, our transportations were very easy, and that's why we could easily go everywhere that we wanted.

The best thing for me is very good atmosphere around the house; wild nature, very quiet place, good climate, starry nights and wonderful landscape with sunset.

I will not prefer to go to city center where is crowded & full of traffic anyone, you can fix your shopping problems at the very good markets and local bazaars near the rental. Also if you want to swim you can go to National Park which has an amasing forest and sea.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of the Goodson Villas. The owner Kemal's hospitality and local knowledge were second to none. The villas are set on a quiet hill which overlooks the sea, and is surrounded on two sides by forest. They benefit from a pleasant breeze throughout the day, which is a god-send during the heat of August! The pool is fantastic - big enough for adults to swim laps while also being manageable for younger kids. The house is well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, and a special mention should be made for the en-suite shower - really good!! The only recommendations we would make for potential guests is to bring your own plug-in mosquito repellant for evenings. All in all, Goodson Villas is a great place to spend a relaxing week or two, and is also a good base for exploring the surrounding area (provided you have a car).

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa, we felt more than welcome. The owner speaks really good English and makes the pool every morning ready to use. A car is necessary but you don't have to drive to far to find all your daily needs. The Vila is located in a beautiful area, Ephesus, the cave of Zeus, different aqua parks and so many other interesting things to see are nearby. Also the city of kusadasi is close to the Vila, especially for young people, this is great. You will certainly enjoy your stay very much.

Myself and my wife stayed in Goodson Villa for the full Month of July and had a very relaxing time. Everything that you could want for your stay is in the Villa. The owner Kamel is never far away if you need anything and is very friendly and helpful.The pool is very high standard and kept well, We hope to return again next year.

Perfect to have a Rest :)) we spend 8 days in this villa with 6 persons and enjoyed the time! The location is very naturel, very silent and private. The Pool is big enough for 6. the owner is very friendly and helpful.
The villa is very comfortable and there is everythink what you need.

We just stayed at one of the Goodson villas which are located high up on the hillside outside Kusadasi. The villas are newly available and the owner is on site and very accommodating. We had a great holiday as the villa was very comfortable and the views over the sea are gorgeous, especially at sunset.
The villa is isolated so quiet, but there is a lovely little beach five minutes drive away. A car is essential for the stay.
There are plenty of amenities nearby including a good supermarket. We went to Ephesus which was awesome and also visited the national park where the sea was wonderful. Both were about a half hour drive from the villa.
The villa with its good sized pool is perfect for families and we really enjoyed staying there.
