After having had a truly wonderful dinner at Merge, we were amazed there wasn't a line around the block waiting to get in. There were only two other tables occupied while we were there. The citrus seared scallops were outstanding as was the filet. We would have been happy to try anything on the creative menu.

The duck was amazing. A small very quiet place. We found a delicious secret. Limited choices for kids, but my son enjoyed a very nice and affordable kids steak. We will visit again.

We had an absolutely terrific dinner with Adam at Merge. The blackened snapper was tremendous and the crab nudi was not only a first for us, but one of the most unique dishes we've every had. The portion sizes were huge! We cannot wait to eat it again!
The atmosphere was great, our wine was great, our server was great.... we walked out of Merge with a smile on our faces, excited to try more of Adam's creations as soon as we can get back to Amelia Island!
Thanks, Adam! Keep up the good work!

We walked in and there was only 1 couple seated (about 6-8 tables). Not a good sign. But when the rabbit spring roll and couscous salad appetizers arrived, our taste buds were very happy. I had the short rib special, which was outstanding and my wife had scallops over risotto, which she said was the best ever. The good thing about the small, uncrowded restaurant was that it was quiet. What a treat! We will definitely go back the next time we are at the island.

Adam and his staff continue to be one of the few restaurants on the island with a regularly changing menu and his latest is again full of wonderful food. The couscous salad with melon and mint was a perfect starter for this hot season. The snapper with a corn, and the duck were wonderful. They cheerfully filled my request to have the snapper cooked without the blackening seasoning and it was great. I am never disappointed with his creative and well prepared menu, or with the great service his staff provides.
