I'm more of a hacker, but my playing partner is pretty decent. This course was a really good choice for us - plenty of challenges for a good golfer, but forgiving for those not quite so accomplished. Plenty of water and sand to keep things interesting.

The course was in great shape and the staff really helpful and friendly. Our rental clubs were first-rate. Played most of the round as a twosome and finished in a bit under four hours.

Great value - we'd certainly go back.

The people are delightfully friendly. The course was in great shape, the fees were very reasonable. The carts have good gps system.
We played the front half in 90 minutes.
At the turn a foursome jumped in front of us and it all went downhill from there.
They were exceedingly slow and we never saw the ranger on the back nine. Due to the course layout we could not see if anyone was in front of them or we would have just skipped a hole. Our actual pace of play was not horrible but it's terribly difficult to play good golf when you hit and sit. We were a twosome but there was a threesome behind us so we could not invite them to join us. On one particular hole, I looked back and saw 4 carts lined up with another 2 approaching.
We played the back nine in 3 and a 1/2 hours!
We saw the ranger three times on the front nine when we did not need him but he was no where on the back nine. it was terribly frustrating.
We each lost a LOT of golf balls and are typically good players. The fairways are good but if you're in the rough it's tough to see where your ball is. The greens are smooth and if you pass the hole your ball might keep going!

The price was right, the surroundings beautiful and we had a simply wonderful time golfing at North Hampton. The links style course was doable for the high handicappers in our group, but still challenging for the others. And the course was meticulously groomed. Also, the staff could not have been nicer!

This is a very good golf course. Smooth fast greens that hold, good fairways and well placed sand traps that grab and hold your ball when you make the smallest mistake! It's a Palmer course with lots of water and 6 different tee choices. The forward tees are forward enough for beginners to have a chance.

The staff is friendly and the food / beverages are priced fairly.

Hit em up!

A super course but a tough one.. Greens are like ice with a lot of different levels and undulations. Hard to read the breaks.. A one foot put could go 6 ft by if you are not careful.. It is a beautiful course that will test you all the way.. Bring a few extra balls with you
