The reason I give this place one star is because after walking 12 blocks from our hotel to this restaurant, we found that we couldn't even enter. Big waste of time. No where on the website or any other place we have looked does it state that no one under 18 can enter. But right there on a handwritten sign on the door, it reads "No One Under the Age of 18 Allowed". So we turned around and trudged our way back to go eat at Brett's, where we got to enjoy a fantastic meal.

Thank you for your feedback and bringing this to our attention. The sign has been on the door through previous owners, we are always pleased to accept families. We will remove the sign, thank you again. We hope you are still enjoying our beautiful island, we look forward to seeing you in the future.

This gem of a neighborhood sports bar is the perfect place to catch your favorite game. Just be sure to arrive early for NFL games on Sunday and other major sports events like BCS championships, NCAA basketball finals, etc. A friendly atmosphere, plenty of TVs (to cover all the various action), good pub food and a great selection of craft brews all combine to make this a great place to gather. A local favorite of locals. Just a three blocks south of downtown on S. 8th Street.

This was our first time here. My sister and husband come here all the time. They love their burgers. We got here before the playoff game started and it was pretty much empty. The service was great and we only ordered their tater tots appetizer (it was very good and loved the spicy ketchup). Within 20 minutes of game time this place was packed. I would diffidently come back and visit on our next trip to Fernandina.

Place look pretty good, but we got the most rude waitress I have every had. As soon as we sit down she started being rude like she didn't want use at her tables for some reason. Food came use wrong I think that was planned, we just paid our drink bill and left, we went to Peppers downtown service was great there

We wanted to catch an afternoon game. The place looked pretty basic from the outside and I was skeptical. We were pleasantly surprised. The usual pub fare but the loaded nachos were delicious with fresh green peppers, tomatoes and lots of chicken with sour cream and cheese. I do not drink beer but my husband's beer (ipa) was on tap and very fresh. Usually at sports bars the wine is limited and tastes very stale. Not so here. They had the usual plus sauvignon blanc and even malbecs. Even better the wine was fresh! The mozzarella stickz were delicious. Staff was friendly. Place was packed but people were even standing at tables. It is that good.
