“Wonderful Restaurant”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

What a pleasnt and delicious dinner. We ate in the courtyard and there was a nice breeze.

Scott was our waiter and he had a young and enthusiastic helper with him. We had a glass of wine and a simple but very good house salad. They served bread with a nice spice and dressing dip which was good. The bread could have been better. We ordered the Seafood Paella and Mero a Costa Brava which were both really delicious.

The Paella had wonderful flavors and delicious seafood perfectly cooked. The only thing lacking was the socarrat (the crust on the bottom). The Mero a Costs Brava is a Grouper filet in a spicy brown sauce topped with panko crusted scallops. The sauce is started with a pepper base and is unique and delicious (and not too hot).

We ended with an esspresso and coffee and we split a flan. The esspresso was perfect and the flan was wonderful without being gooey sweet like most.

The service was excellent as was the food and atmosphere. And considering the quality, the meal was a very good value. Bravo.

We enjoyed many dishes here including wonderful empanadas and fish that were all delicious. It is a very lively place with the close quarters adding to the ambiance.

“Tucked away gem”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

While on vacation we dined here with another couple. Cute/cozy atmosphere; outdoor dining available. Service was good.

Funny thing, I didn't really like any of my food but I loved my husbands dishes and the Sangria was great!!!! I would definitely go back and try other dishes.

“Great food friendly owner”
Reviewed 29 June 2014 via mobile

The place was great. The owner stopped by to check on us. We had paella, which is my favorite dish ever. Not the best I ever had but close. It was packed. Make a reservation! We sat on back patio which was lovely but a little warm this week.

“A real, authentically Spanish Tapas treat!”
Reviewed 28 June 2014

We spent our anniversary here recently-and couldn;t have been pleased more! the food was excellent-both tapas and seafood dishes. Service attentive and friendly yet casual and not overbrearing. The wine list is quite good with emphasis, as it should be on Spanish wines. We had an excellent flounder along with a nice Albarino wine; tapas and salads included escargot, salad with typical Jamon Serrano and Manchego cheese, a bowl of marinated assorted olives (a typical Spanish touch). They honored us with some nice sparkling wine and even a taste of wonderful Pedro Jimenez Spanish dessert wine. While true to its ethnic character, this fine place takes good advantage of the great, fresh local seafoods.
