Location in very good. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean. Enjoyed the free rental of the beach gear. No need to pack the beach buckets or chairs. Availabe for use at this location. Kids enjoyed the treasure chest every morning after breakfast. Coffee always was availabe as well !

Stayed overnight while in the area for a car show. Pleasant staff. Clean hotel. Quiet. Location is a couple blocks from the ocean. Well located, although driving, from historic Fernandina Beach. Walkable to a few restaurants. Would stay here again in a pinch.

Room Tip: Although located off of Sadler it was a quiet.

Very nice property, really attentive desk staff and a great location. From their location you can get anywhere quickly. The beach is within walking distance and it's just a short drive to the center of Fernnandina Beach. There was plenty of fresh hot coffee in the lobby all night and while the breakfast was a little bland, egg "patties" and some sausage that looked liked sliced hotdog it was filling. The other reason I did not give this location a 5 was the dogs across the hall. They barked at every little sound.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from small dogs

Friendly staff. Good accommodations. Extremely convenient to shopping and the friendly visitor's center and good restaurants. Good value for money. When we were there, there was an excellent farmer's market just a few blocks away. Great historic area very near by. Ask about the tree in the middle of the street and how it came to be saved at that location.

Room Tip: The side toward the water is closer to the port railroad and the switching engine!

A typical comfortable HI with friendly staff. The town is old, quant and interesting. Beaches are wide. Plenty of unique restaurants are there, includinga pretty good pizza kitcen. Fort Clinch is an old coastal defense with a lot of hiking trails.
