The space allocated for the classroom learning was very good. Bathrooms are scattered around nearby. The ballroom was easy to find and the staff were helpful. Only negative was they need to scan the people staying in the room for the next session instead of making them all leave and come back in.

I was there this past weekend for a convention, it's a lovely facility with better-than-average food available from the show floor facilities, and priced like most convention centers - $9 for a hot dog, which was big and tasty - for a hot dog...:)

The exhibit hall is long and narrow, which since our booth was at the far end, felt like we were in Siberia. The ballrooms are spacious and well equipped, as are the smaller meeting rooms. There were no problems with A/V equipment, and the staff were all very helpful, though there was a power issue during one of the big sessions. Also, leaving the garage at dinner time took over 30 minutes as the parking cashiers and/or their system are glacially slow. Approaching the center on foot is depressing, the property is surrounded by very tall chain link fences and gates.

So overall, it was OK. Not the best convention center I've ever worked in, but pretty good for a small one.

Last weekend competition started on the wrong foot since we asked the parking attendants on how to enter and leave without paying an additional fee for the competition. However we were told that we had to pay each time you enter the parking. Yet on Sunday we only had to pay once and was given a ticket to resented for Free. Employees need to be trained.

We were there for 4 days of Franchise training. I must say the staff was outstanding. Our meals were catered, and very good. The only downside, there were no Soda/Water vending machines within the building that we could find. Really enjoyed our time in the Convention Center. The artwork in and around the center is awesome.

Went to a trade show here and found the facility to be very easy to walk around and very clean as well. Parking was $15 per day. Leaving the facility was a bit of a bottleneck, the center should pay for some off-duty police to provide traffic control for leaving Eisenhower turning left on A1A.
