I spent the first two weeks of January at the Premiere Hotel. It has been my third visit there. Each time, when I leave the Premiere I wish to stay longer. I found the place following TripAdvisor recommendations, three years ago. When I arrived I saw the place exactly the same as it was shown in the photographs. The Premiere is not a luxurious-five-star hotel, I knew it from the beginning. Being there I experienced that this hotel has all what I asked for. When there was something that I needed and I did not find it in the room, the owners got it for me, specially. All three times has been like being at my home. The Premiere hotel is always clean. At anytime I saw people cleaning everywhere, something that does not happen in other hotels. The second time my husband and I visited the Premiere we found several improvements, and the third, again, new things. Last time we found even a Play Station with a wide variety of games at the reception. Ideal if you come with children. Several computers and printers are available for free at the reception. If you carry your own computer the building has free wi fi. The Premiere has such a good location that even if you stay there without a car you will be able to enjoy a perfect vacation. You will walk only half a block to reach the Ocean, a few blocks to restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. The Efficiency rooms are large, with a lot of light and some of them have Ocean view. The room # 302 "belongs" to my husband and me. The only complain I have is that i can not stay longer.

I can't overstate how highly I recommend staying at the Premiere should you find yourself in Fort Lauderdale. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, the pool pleasant to sit by. The hotel is within sight of a great stretch of beach and just a couple blocks away from some of my favorite places to eat and drink in Fort Lauderdale (Thai on the Beach, Primanti's, Cantina, &c.). And all this at rates that are abundantly affordable, even for a student like myself. In short, if you're going to Fort Lauderdale, stay at the Premiere. It's a great place.

The location can't be beat, and the room was cleaned thoroughly each day (any sand tracked in from the beach after lunch was undoubtably gone by dinner). But what made the trip so great was to stay in a family-owned place run by such nice people! The owner Mario and his family were very helpful and accommodating, and friendly from the moment we entered, which set the tone for a wonderful trip!

Nice people run this hotel. The location to the beach is good. However, everthing about the place is tired. It seems like the place is on it's last legs. There are other hotels very close by for roughly the same price. You may want to check them out before you settle on the premier.
