The first thing what coms to my mind thinking of the Premier Hotel is HOSPITALITY ! What no other big hotel can give you is real personal service.
The Premier Hotel is GREAT in his smallnes. The rooms are big, the service is top!
Arriving at 01.00 a.m. the owner was waiting to welcome us "as friends". A clean room with a view on the ocean was "ours". The hotel is not "high tech modern", but a "retro-boutique" hotel with alle modern facilities, like full kitchen aquipment, free internet service at the reception. If a two minutes walk tot the beach is "to far", the hotel got a nice very clean swimmingpool.
And most important very good beds in your quiet room!!!
The "tram" for a free rountrip in Fort Lauderdale stops in front of the hotel. If you go for a cruise afterwards: take the limosine service of the hotel to the port: friendly, prompt and affordable !!
For our next trip to Fort Lauderdale we will book at the Premier Hotel again!!!

I just got home from a week at the Premiere Hotel and I would have to advise anyone who is going to Ft. Lauderdale in the future to give it a try. I had the double room with the kitchen and saved a ton of cash by eating in my room. The beach is 100 yards away. Mario the owner and his son Fred are too damn nice. They always have a cold beverage waiting for you no matter what. The service that you receive from this family owned hotel far exceeds many 5 star establishments that I have stayed in which includes New York, Chicago, Detroit and Las Vegas to name a few. If you didn't know better, you would think this hotel was in Mayberry not Ft. Lauderdale. Thank you again Mario & Fred.

Room Tip: Get the double room with the kitchen if you have 4-6 people.

My husband, my son and I visited Ft Lauderdale via the Premiere Motel in Ft Lauderdale; along with other families for our sons spring break. We stayed a week. While it is somewhat outdated in apperance and could use some touch up, our room was clean and comfortable. The family who owns the motel is very kind and the staff was friendly and attentive to our rooms. The pool area is nice and spacious enough for our large group so socialize. It is less than a block from the ocean and a short walk to restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable. Our stay was affordable.

The location is super. The hotel is small and very clean.
But the highlight is the service!!
The owners go out of their way to make you feel "at home away from home"!

My husband and I just returned from Ft. Lauderdale (The Premiere Hotel) sundrenched and happy. While on vacation, we experienced mid 80 degree weather with warm ocean breezes and sapphire blue skies for an entire week for about a 100 dollars nightly. Yes; we escaped the cold weather in Pennsylvania, to a intimate and quiet hotel directly across the street from Lauderdale's warm water ocean and white sand beach. I'm a total beach girl; I love the beach and my husband and I go to Avalon, NJ on summer weekends because we live within driving distance (2 hours). We view travelling and sharing memories on family vacations as a priority, so we vacation at one all-inclusive with our kids, friends, and family, yearly. However, now that our kids are 9 and 11, for the past two years we were able to sneak in a trip for just the two of us. If we didn't stay at the Premiere, we would NOT be able to afford the getaway. We are thrilled to have found this meticulously clean hotel directly across the street from palm trees and the ocean.
When we are out swanking it up on the strip at night, we look "Ritz," but we are getting the same vacation, minus the luxurious accomodations, and still have sand, surf, nightlife, and Las Olas Blvd without spending unncessary money on our room.
The Premiere is not like, and does not cost nearly as much as the nearby W, Hilton, or Atlantic; the Premiere has an old comfortable beach house feel. We stayed in room 203 which is ocean view, with two double beds and a full kitchen. Lauderdale is rather expensive, and a trip to the Publix, which is very close to the hotel, made our stay more convenient and affordable. We avoid having to change and go out for lunch, stay in our suits, eat lunch poolside al fresca, and are back to sun bathing and swimming quickly. After the beach, we had beer and wine right outside our room on the two chairs, looked out at the ocean, had dinner, got dressed up, and strutted down to the strip and to Las Olas Blvd. In Lauderdale, you must check out The Fox Group, an acoustic guitar family trio that normally play Thurs-Saturday night. Simply put, they are incredible. Our vacation was incredible.
This year, the owners had freshly painted the hotel an appropriate sea foam green, purchased new mattresses, and are in the process of refurbishing all the rooms with brand new white kitchens. They have beach chairs, towels, flat screen tv's, and a few hundred DVD's for you to choose from should you choose to say in...
To travel around, there is a trolley that actually stops in front of the hotel all day long up until about 7pm that will take you up and down the strip, and all the way to Las Olas for 50 cents!,so bring quarters. You might also want to bring the following: a dish towel, sponge, dish soap, paper plates (so you don't have to do as many dishes) coffee filters and coffee. Think of The Premiere like renting a beach house with immaculate maid service and bring toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap), as well as hairdryer.
Other than that, simply GO and stay at The Premiere. The owners are absolutely fabulous, courteous, and accomodating, and will great you with a cold soda or beer upon arrival. There is also FREE safe PARKING and FREE WIFI and computers in the lobby. The Premiere can also secure a private van for you to and from the airport with their driver Henry for around $30 each way. Tell Mario and Frederico, that Kadisha and Jeff sent you, and enjoy your stay. I admit that I feel lucky to have discovered this sunny oceanside getaway. I hope you do too. I chose it initially because of the wonderful reviews on tripadvisor. I sincerely hope that this honest review is helpful to you... :-)

My parents came to visit us last weekend in Fort Lauderdale and our space was very limited in our apartment due to the new baby.
We were having problems finding them a hotel beach side due to the heavy spring break traffic. With very few options we went with a small hotel without a fancy hotel chain name and boy did we get lucky.
although we got the last room available with a small bed , it seemed to bring my parents closer together as if they were on a mini honeymoon. The best part about it was the price. It was very affordable, enough for us to pay for our parents room ,being that we couldn't accommodate them.
My parents told us that it was also very clean and well kept. The owners were also very accommodating to their every need which is very difficult to find anywhere these days.
Well the Premiere took care of them in a very nice way and so much so , they already planned another trip and made their reservation at the time of checkout.
Thank you Premiere for being a hidden secret on the beach for our future guest.

As usual, very nice stay, for one night only this time.
They change all the furniture, beds and so on and i is much more pleasant and confortable now.

The new color of the hotel (green) is much more attractive and of course, the family Farber is always very, very nice.
