“Great Eats, Friendly Service, Reasonable Prices”
Reviewed 2 May 2014

The food is wonderful and the service couldn't be better.. Very small and if you're there at normal breakfast or lunch times you may have to wait for a table or a spot at the counter. It's worth the wait. Only wish they were open for dinner. Worth a detour.

“great breakfast!”
Reviewed 23 January 2013

I loved this place! Be warned it is very, very small & you may to wait for a table. They are only open for breakfast & lunch. I loved the crepes & my friend really enjoyed his omelet. The owner is apparently from Paris, hence the variety of crepes on the menu. The wait staff were harried, but pleasant.

“wonderful”
Reviewed 2 September 2012

ate there everyday and my Brother whom I visited eats breakfest there everyday. Large portions and not your typical diner food. All freashly prepared and very very different, Many different types of people from the rich to the everyday. Great place but closes at 2 30 so get there early. Small place but I thinks its Imperial points best kept secret.

“A hidden Ft Lauderdale treasure”
Reviewed 3 March 2012

Michael's is tucked into such an odd former strip mall that it is very easy to overlook. Fortunately, I happened to see the sign when I was looking for a new place for breakfast. This has become my favorite breakfast/brunch spot ever since.

Their hash browns have to have something addictive in them. I can never get enough. Eggs are always perfect and the Eggs Benedict are the best I've ever had. Everything is homemade by an amazing chef. The prices are fantastic (low, that is).

The restaurant is tiny and generally packed. The waitstaff is made up of very gritty old-style waitresses who call you "Hon".

I'm almost afraid to write this review because I want to keep the place to myself, but that wouldn't be fair to all of the other foodies out there
