We have eaten at several Ruth's Chris Steak Houses and this, by far, is the VERY BEST! Starting with the valet who dashes over to greet us and to open my door as soon as we pull up. Carolyn, the hostess, ALWAYS greets us by name and with a smile and attitude that makes us feel like we are VIP's or at least her favorite customers. We have had several waiters, waitresses and assistants and they, too, all greet us by name and in a very friendly "happy to see and serve you" attitude, as do both managers, Richard and Alex! Our wine is always chilled to perfection, just as we like it, when brought to our table which is located in a room that is most respectable and elegant and where we never feel rushed through our dinner. Now for the dining experience! The chopped salad is topped with crumbled bleu cheese and crispy onion rings which makes the flavor outstanding. We always order the petite filet which is a perfect size and is served on a plate hot enough for us to be warned by our server "Please be careful, the plate is hot". The chef somehow ALWAYS prepares our filets exactly as we order them and are so tender and juicy and are "melt in your mouth" delicious. The creamed spinach is better than my grandmother's, and she made the BEST! The Lyonnaise potatoes add that extra special flavorful bite to complete the meal, and all is served hot. We were disappointed our favorite dessert on the menu had been replaced by another more seasonal favorite, BUT---we were told to just request our favorite the next time we call to make our dinner reservations and the chef will prepare it for us. I do not ever remember dining in another Ruth's Chris or in any other restaurant where the staff, the service, the food, the atmosphere ALL deserve 5* (Five Stars).
