we booked in for three nights and stayed five so i think that says a lot. great rooms just like the webiste described and photos were up to date. we had a room at the back pool as quiet and wanted this.nice pool area too with sun beds. rooms are well appointed for this kind of stay but not many electric sockets.air con great and wifi perfect all the time with laptop and iphone.the bathroom and bedroom all very very clean and kept that way every day. always fresh towels.
on arrival good welcome and help with where to park as more parking across the street. would have been better to be shown to the room but no big deal.
we found mostly all the staff were very friendly and professional and service very good.
the bar area always had a customers in it and the food was some times a bit slow but always very good food, bar service very good and fun ,alway plenty of free good ! coffee available help your self.
the bar drinks were not overly expensive and they do happy hours mid week.
we did not use the spa thought was a bit over priced, the gym was perfect for a small place but 4 guys in there is enough, in five days that only happened once.rest time only 2 of us mostly.
we would stay here again as great atmosphere and met lots of very nice guys.im sure you could find fault here if you really wanted to, but we think this is a good well run gay hotel.

Room Tip: we had a room at the back and was perfect night sleep.also ist floor not so many people walking by you.

We went to the Royal Palms with a group of friends for 2 nights before going on an Atlantis cruise. It was a great place to start our holiday as the hotel has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with excellent staff and good clean rooms, two pool areas to choose depending on if you want music and crowd or peace and quiet. The hotel is located in a quiet area yet minutes walk to beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend the hotel for any solos or groups.

We also went to a restaurant one block away which is apparently owned by the same people which we would highly recommend. It is called Plaza Bistro and is a pop up restaurant on a spare block of land which used to be a tennis court. Had a superb meal, live entertainment was good, and a nice stroll back to hotel in a few minutes.

Room Tip: Rooms in the rear building are quieter, and obviously if on the upper floor you would have less people walking past to their rooms.

I stayed in November 4 nights, room had a good size, no phone in the room ... No really privacy.. Cleaning was average. The team was friendly. Internet service was very bad and if you need Internet for your work don t stay there.. I was disappointed specially after the excellent good comments ...

This is a great place! I have stayed there three times and each time I find it very fun, clean and great staff. Philip is terrific a manager who makes sure everyone has a good stay. I have recommended this place to my friends and plan to go there again. Thanks to everyone at Royal Palms!

I decided to stay at this hotel after staying at there old property since in opened , wow what a shock the quality has gone down hill. The rooms were basic. The beds hard as rocks tho large , you can tell they use too be apartments and they just tried to spruce them up. The bathroom was unclean mold growing around tub and rust on the toilet. The pool area is fine tho not as lush as the other property. One thing i was happy with was the staff they were very friendly. One thing that soured me as a ate at the pool when i went to charge the bill too the room , they waiter said i was not staying in the main building and they could not charge it too my room was i not staying at the Royal Palms? I will pass on this hotel in the future. Mr Grey you disappoint me as i know you can do better
