Do not waste your money. The room was too dirty to eat in. Ther was very limited parking. It was very noisy at night! It was not a great location. You needed to drive to find a restaurant.Staff was not very friendly. Wifi in the rooms were too weak, had to go out to the bar area for a better signal.

I got a 7 day deal at a good rate.

The positives.  Looks nice from the outside.  Generally nice people. Free parking and walking distance to the beach, although I didn't go since we had cold weather.  Microwave and fridge in the room but fridge was dirty. Free wifi but you can only access it in the room from midnight till 5 am.  Otherwise, great connections at the cigarette smoke-filled pool area.

Too many negatives.  Looking for a clean place then do not come here.  When I arrived, dirty floors with man's footprint going into bathroom.  I requested  a second room and found someone's hair all over the place...pillow and bathroom.  Unless I ask the housekeeper, the floors were not mopped and housekeeping done at a minimum. While in the room there is no smoking allowed.  Once you leave your room, the cigarette smoke is unavoidable. There are no rules for smokers and you are engulfed with cigarette smoke by chain smoking addicts.  My room was on the 2nd floor. Either take the smoke filled elevator or walk through the first floor where there is a lot of outside seating areas occupied by smokers.  Smokers are throughout the Tiki bar area, pool and overlooking the large balcony.  Ashtrays throughout the pool area.  The smokers in the pool area do not show any consideration for the non-smokers.  Even the bartenders are smoking.  When I complained I
overheard Amanda the bartender say to the male bartender "someone is b*tching about us smoking while we are outside".  I mentioned it to the front desk and was told that the manager allows the bartenders to smoke.  Figures since smokers are most ignorant of their own health and the health of others.  If you were not sick at arriving, at the end of the day, this place is bound to make you ill!

Continental breakfast is a joke.  When booking make sure it is with the Continental breakfast "hot meal".  Regardless, they offer you orange juice which will be poured into your cup by the attendant.  Not real orange juice but some cheap syrup jug mixture.  Regular continental is slices of bread, bagels with cream cheese or jam, corn flakes, sugary donuts, cookies, tea or coffee. That's it.  Hot meal is an added bacon, sausages, fried potatoes and scrambled eggs.  No fresh fruits or vegetables.

If you are a smoker, don't mind 2nd hand smoke or predisposing yourself to lung cancer and other preventative illnesses then this place is perfect for you!

This is the second year in a row that we stayed at this hotel. It is perfect for us! My son loves the heated pool. We have stayed in 3 different rooms and they were always super clean! The staff has been nothing but friendly to us and gave us great deals on the rooms. It is a awesome location. Just a short walk to the beach and to all the action near the peir. My husband loves the tiki bar so he can have a few cocktails without having to drive. Two things I wish the rooms had are a couple extra pillows and better working wifi. There are people who live on the lower floor of the hotel but I never ran into any problems with any of them. Overall I think this is a great place to stay as a family or if your single and just looking for some fun in the sun!

We had a confirmed, guaranteed reservation for four nights at this hotel, made three weeks prior, through it’s own website, for arrival on February 16. We even received a “looking forward to seeing you” email from the hotel the day before we left. At check-in, upon arrival from California, we were told by the individual behind the desk, who obviously could not have cared less, that neither our name nor reservation number was in their computer’s system, and that there were no rooms available. The extent of an apology on his part was, “I wouldn’t want to be in your place.“ He also offered, “It’s absolutely a Florida thing. Everything is overbooked.” After recovering from our shock and disbelief, we asked him where we might stay, and he replied there were no rooms available anywhere, primarily because of the then boat show, and that our best bet was to drive as far north as possible. Well, we did - as far as Port St. Lucie, up the coast on the A1A, over to Highway 1, over to the 95, back and forth. It was suggested to us along the way that the hotel had “sold” our reservation. We drove all night; everything was booked solid. Parking lots were filled. Finally, at daybreak, we decided to head back to the airport and catch the first plane back to L.A. Then, on a seemingly hopeless whim, we checked a Day’s Inn in North Fort Lauderdale, and were told that a room would be available at 2:00 p.m. By that time, we’d been up for 30 hours. But, at that point, neither of us cared. I have lived a long time and travelled a good part of the world, but have never had such an experience. It was disgusting. Please use extreme caution if you are considering booking at this awful place.
