I had not been to Chima in the last 4 years. My last experience with clients had not been the best, and I had found the meats rather flat in taste. However, when we tried the restaurant with my brother and sister-in-law this week, I was most pleasantly surprised at how much it had changed and how good everything was. I remember the salads had been rather pre-packaged tasting last time with little or no imagination. This time, the tastes were superior but most importantly each plate was visually displayed well and tasted as if they were freshly prepared in the kitchen just a few minutes ago! Then we turned our chips to orange and started receiving the meats... one after the other, they came and we tasted a little of every one of them and found not even one disappointing cut or preparation. I don't know what they do to their lamb, but it is definitely out of this world with aromas of rosemary and it melts in your mouth... well done Chima, I will recommend this restaurant to all who want to have a total immersion in great meat eating!
