I recommend this museum - they covered everything from the paleological life forms of the area to the present day. They had interactive exhibits, such as the affect of melting ice-age glaciers on the sea level around Florida. They also gave each visitor a device that would play a recorded message at each exhibit. The guides were polite as well. Very well run.
