definitely a great place to go. The location is great - mid island, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of time square, right across from Publix (a little expensive but convenient) and right on the beach. I was very pleased to see how well the grounds were kept. There was not a day gone by that we didn't see some improvements being made. The pool was clean and warm, nothing like a beach view from the pool. The lanai's are spacious. Just a great place to stay. Not all units are alike however so while one may be upgraded, others may not. The unit we stayed in was very nice but check before you rent. The trolley stop is right across the street.

Room Tip: as high as possible and away from the pool as it can get a little noisy. rooms ending in 01 close t...

We have been staying at Seaside for 8 years now. We end up going back every year for 10 days. The units are Clean, up to date, and the location can not be beat. The kids love the pool and it is a bonus that it looks out over the gulf. We have never had a bad experience at the seaside!!!! Heading back in just over 8 weeks!

This summer we decided to stay at this resort as part of our family vacation and we really enjoyed (we usually stay at Smuggler's Cove Condos just few block away). The resort has a perfect location (ocean front,Publix SM across the street, and a FMB Troly stop also across the street), most of the units are upgrated, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem that we found were at the grill's area with only two BBQ grills (one of then damaged) , do not have enough tables around the pool to hold groups of 10 or more peoples (in our case we had rented 5 units and our group were 25 peoples) and no lights divices availables (were damaged or disconected). I encourage to the management team to take care ASAP those issues to keep the property with high quality standards.

Location, value, and size of condo accommodation finalized our decision to stay here. Publix right across the street was also a big plus! Close to "Times Square" an area with beachy shops, restaurants, and a pier to fish or just take a stroll while watching the sun set.
We were supposed to stay in a luxury unit (upgraded) and one hour before check in were told the unit wouldn't be available and we would have to stay in another one. That unit was not comparable to the one we had reserved. It was very clean but the beds were so hard and the couches were dirty and had an odor. We changed to a more comparable unit for the rest of our stay. A nicer place but needed some furniture replaced and while in the middle of a shower, the ceramic soap dispenser fell off the wall just missing my daughters foot. The pool area is nice but is heated even during the summer-not as refreshing on really hot day. Turn off the heater in the summer! These things being said, I would definitely stay here again! Just get information on the unit you stay in as they are individually owned.

This was our first stay at Seaside. We usually stay at Smuggler's Cove which is right down the street, but they were under renovations and they directed us to Seaside. The condos are exactly the same inside as Smuggler's Cove. You get a breathtaking view of the Gulf as soon as you open the door. Our condo was very clean but screen on our screen door was broken and wasn't fixed during our visit (two weeks). It really didn't matter to us because you never keep your door open any way.

The condos come fully furnished with everything you need to cook in if you want. The location is great because it's right across from Publix, so you can do all your grocery shopping right across the street and they allow you to take a cart to the condo.

Seaside has a great location, it's about 3 miles from Time Square so you're away from crowds, but can easily walk if you wanted. Pricing is great in the summer but high during winter and spring...as is everything in FL.

Overall, I enjoyed Seaside and would go back, but I really like the parking and laundry facility at Smuggler's Cove better (they have slighly better grounds)...but then again, having a grocery store right across the street really has it's perks, too.

Finally, the staff at Seaside is very helpful and nice, from reservation to check-in and check-out...

Room Tip: I would suggest staying on any floor above the 3rd...Just for the view and you'll hear the peopl...

We've visited Seaside since 2005 and couldnt be anymore happier!! Room 508 is a great room and very clean! They actually remodeled the room when we revisited this year and it couldn't look better! Very fabulous! The only thing is that you have to lock your doors because during our visit someone was robbed. Besides this the fact that we were within walking distance of the beach was fabulous! Can't wait for our next visit!! :)

We had a wonderful stay in Unit 101 but do hope the next time that this unit will have been upgraded with fresh linens, duvets (had stains) and cushions etc. replaced for comfort and for overall enhancement of unit. The Screen door is also in poor shape.

Overall property management is excellent and attentive with great hours and nice people.

Room Tip: Corner units give esxtra air flow and view but overall it's a great property!
