We read all the good reviews on this place and thought, why not? The outside of the building almost caused us to second guess our decision, it should have been a clue. The inside was cramped and a really bad layout. The floor was sticky and the decor was really old. We waited only a few minutes to seat 10 people (no waiting during a busy spring break week should have clued us in too). We sat down in a cramped little hibachi room and started looking at each other a little unsure of our decision. The area was so smokey it was irritating. Poor ventilation maybe? Still brave enough, we were finally all seated, when I SAW THE PLATES. One had stuck on food, one had ashes (I'm assuming from another hibachi), and they ALL had a permanent film that had been scratched, but never properly cleaned. Yuck. That was it for us. We got up and hit up a burger joint. I felt bad for the waitress who was bringing pitchers of water to our hibachi, but we weren't going to stay. The ONLY reason I did not give this place a one, is because we never got to the food. I guess you'll have to get past all the other issues to see if the food was worth it. :-/
