First, I like Panera bread - they deliver reliable decent quality food that is both tasty and "healthy" (i.e. fits into a reasonable diet).
Paneras in South Florida tend to be somewhat less well ran than those I found elsewhere - not sure what the reason for that is, but that's life.
Then there is this Panera - it's by far the worst ran Panera I've seen. The restaurant is always dirty, tables not cleaned, and there is scarcely a place to sit at most times (due to very poor table layout that leaves a lot of wasted space).
They are constantly out of basic components - breads, cheeses, soups, croutons, you name it, so when you order, chances are - they can't make what you are asking for. Sometimes they will tell you and offer a substitute, and sometimes just use other ingredients and forget to let you know.
They don't seem to clean panini grills too often, so your panini will often come with black burned pieces of previous cooking stuck to the bottom.
Soda machine is consistently out of order (No, I don't drink soda, but if you do - get ready to pick something else).
They really need to clean this place up or close it and open something else.
