“Understaffed and slow”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 July 2013

Had a really bad experience, there was only one cashier very slow, taking order from a family for about 15 min, asked her if there is anyone else who could helped since I knew exactly what I wanted, she said no and said I had to wait. Did not even try to ask for help or be helpful. Same goes for manager Jordan. Very rude staff. Will not go back there again. When it comes to food, it is below average, and not a clean place at all.

“Always consitantly good food.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 June 2013

We were 6 with a baby. We had sandwiches, salads, and soup. Service for self serve was good. The food was brought out to us. Soup was very good and the salads were very big for the price and good.

“Not the best Panera and declining”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 May 2013

I have been to this Panera several times and it is evident how it has been slipping away in quality and service. Last time we had a very disappointing experience overall in terms of both service, food and cleanness of locale. If it continues to stay like this I'll definitely stop going!

“Casual stop for a bite”

Good food, nice outside area for good weather, great bread and salads. I come here often for coffee or lunch with friends.

“One of the worst Paneras”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 June 2012

First, I like Panera bread - they deliver reliable decent quality food that is both tasty and "healthy" (i.e. fits into a reasonable diet).
Paneras in South Florida tend to be somewhat less well ran than those I found elsewhere - not sure what the reason for that is, but that's life.
Then there is this Panera - it's by far the worst ran Panera I've seen. The restaurant is always dirty, tables not cleaned, and there is scarcely a place to sit at most times (due to very poor table layout that leaves a lot of wasted space).
They are constantly out of basic components - breads, cheeses, soups, croutons, you name it, so when you order, chances are - they can't make what you are asking for. Sometimes they will tell you and offer a substitute, and sometimes just use other ingredients and forget to let you know.
They don't seem to clean panini grills too often, so your panini will often come with black burned pieces of previous cooking stuck to the bottom.
Soda machine is consistently out of order (No, I don't drink soda, but if you do - get ready to pick something else).

They really need to clean this place up or close it and open something else.
