This market has much to offer. There are many booths with fresh fruit and veggies, plus nuts and snack mixes etc. You can try a free sample at almost every vendor. If you want to stay a while, the yellow green is also a fun place to have lunch. You can get an organic burger there, or even a steak. If you just want a sandwich or even a smoothie that is cool too. Seating is simple, picnic tables under a canopy, but it didn't seem hot to me. Additionally, the best part about eating there is the fact that they offer live music. Sunday is the best day to go and listen. The band often has two guitarists, one an excellent musician named Rick Cafaro, and the other a local hero named Jimi "fingers" Fiano. Let me tell you this duo really rock! There are other markets closer to my home that I pass by, mostly because I enjoy the music at Yellow Green. I hope the bands keep jamming, We'll have to wait and see.

I came across this place after searching for brunch in Hollywood, FL and surrounding areas. I soon learned that the brunch spot was located in conjunction to the Farmers Market.
After brunch, my life partner and I loved the sights in the FM. There were vendors for everything from produce, cupcakes, whole grains, honey, eggs and much more. We were also able to enjoy live music.

I heard about this place from a blogger on a touristic web site. Well, it is nice as a farmer's market, no different from others. Choices to buy chipper then in the supermarket, you may taste samples if you like and the whole atmosphere is friendly and inviting.
If you are a tourist, avoid the detour, unless this place is on your travalling route.

I've been going to the Yellow Green Farmers Market almost since it opened in the fall of 2010. It's added alot of vendors, lost alot of vendors, but that is part of the fun. Each weekend there is something new to experience.

You will find 10-15 food vendors on any given day. Anything from freshly prepared seafood, ethinic foods, baked goods, etc..

There are always 8-10 fresh vegetable vendors with a wide variety of what's in season.

Then another 50-60 vendors will all kinds of things. Artwork, plants, candy, olives, kitchen accessories, hot sauces, etc..

Bottom line is that it's a great way to spend a saturday or sunday morning. Always changing, always something fun.

This was the cutest farmers market i have seen . And it shocked me to see how clean it was. The fruit and veggies were so fresh & pretty until it did not even look real. I even bouggt cake from Cake Whimsey that is to die for. Go to the info booth & receive free bag from the sweetest lady you could ever imagine. Do not go to South Florida without checking out this place!
