We booked a room here and just before we arrived we found out that the Hotel had changed hands to Quality Inn. We called the hotel upon arrival at the airport and they had a van to the airport within 15 minutes.
Our room smelled musty and damp upon arrival, but we put on the the air conditioner and an hour later it wasn't bad. I wore socks the entire time, as I felt the rug was really dirty.
The bed linens were crisp and clean, the towels nice and the room well appointed. It just was run down and needed a face lift.
Now on a positive note there are many restaurants close by, as well as retail shops (BJ's, K-Mart and Dollar Store.) perfect for last minute items for a cruise.
Breakfast was good, and we were taken to Princess Cruises right on time.
The hotel had given us a card to write what we thought about their hotel. I wrote down everything I thought they needed to do. I also included the fact that I hoped they cleaned things up because I wanted to stay there again. It's my hope that they do.

We booked this room and stayed one night before our cruise. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The girl helping at check in was excellent. The room was good and we got a good nights sleep. The shuttle service was excellent to cruise port and on our return to the airport. They even allowed us to hang around their pool until it was time to shuttle us to the airport. The guy running the shuttle service is excellent.

Arriving to the address looking for Quality Inn signs we first could not find the hotel. Following a recent change from Comfort Inn to Quality Inn, signs has not been updated. There is a Hampton Inn located in the next building and we first stepped in there.

- Room standard average.
- Poor cleaning

- Free Continental breakfast (did not try)
- Free WiFi
- Free parking

Stayed one night in a one Double Bed room early January 2014.
Rate $110 plus tax (booked same hours before)

Will try a different hotel next time in the area.

Stayed here one night before a cruise. Room was adequate, a little tight with two beds, we only needed one, but clean. Breakfast was good with lots of choice, but seating was scarce, but take this as an opportunity to met other vacationers . Liked the atmosphere around the pool in the evening with many pre cruise people staying here. Never got into the bar, but it was being well used. Not much refined dining in the area, but several eating places just a little better than fast food. Loved the 50's style dinner by the shopping mall. Grocery store and liquor store within a block (in the strip mall), in case you need to stock up on pre cruise supplies. Looked like plenty of parking, which we didn't need as they picked us up by shuttle at the Fort Lauderdale AP, then dropped us at the cruise ship the next day. Note that the shuttle to the cruise port is not direct. It stopped at a number of hotels on the way to the airport, then stopped a a number of different cruise ship terminals. You need to book the cruise shuttle when you check in, and you should ask for the 10:30 departure from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again on a pre or post cruise vacation, but might look elsewhere for a longer term stay.

Room Tip: Avoid the first floor. Noisy luggage with wheels on walkway.

Stayed at this hotel the night before a cruise. The rooms are just enough to give you time to relax and take a breath before a long adventure. Nothing fancy but with all the ammenities. The free breakfast is enough, but if you do not like it there are a copule of fast food joints right besides as well as a strip mall where you can also find some food. Pool is small and crowded but we did not use it. The free shuttle to and from the port and the airport is reliable although a bit slow. Take your time and do not lose your patiente. It is free! All in all, good value for your money.
