“We'll be back!”
Reviewed 14 August 2014 via mobile

A very homey suite hotel on the beach that's convenient to Melbourne, Canaveral, and Palm Bay. The units are older, but very clean and well maintained, as are the grounds. WiFi was great! The hostess brought clean towels every day and made our bed every 2nd day. The beach is steps from the door and was very quiet with few other people there. We were very comfortable and plan to stay again.
Make sure to eat across the street at The Blueberry Muffin. :)

We booked the resort through expedia, I would recommend booking directly with the resort itself. We arrived at 5 and our room was ready. We stayed in apartment #2. There were four of us,: 2 adults and 2 children (ages 12 and 9). Room size was fine for two nights. The place had a total of 8 apartments (I think they are all one-bedrooms).
The room was a one-bedroom with a living room and kitchen area (that sat two). There is also a pull out sofa bed. Our TV was new, but the rest of the stuff was old. The kitchen was small with a small refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and sink. Kitchen has some supplies: two wine glasses, plates, bowls and utensils.
Small bathroom, but it was clean and everything worked so no complaints there. Now for the bed, it was old and very uncomfortable. Did not sleep for two nights. Kids had no issues with the sofa bed.
The resort is right on the beach with is great. They have chairs and umbrellas that you can use for the beach. It felt like our own private little beach. Place was pretty quiet with no issues.
I would recommend this place for couples and a family of 4 or 3. The only two things I did not like about the room was the bed and that the kids had to walked through the bedroom to use the bathroom. The people that run the place was very nice.

This place is for people that are looking for a great location to lots of family and general activities while staying in a small quiet environment versus a large hotel with bar, music, pool, partying... It is directly on A1A and on the beach. Set back and behind the 2 story owners home/office it is reasonably quiet even in the units nearest the street side, quiet even nearest the ocean side. Clean well kept individually a/c units with liv room, kitchenette, separate bdrm w/bath.
Owners are available and around but not intrusive. They are everyday people looking to ensure your satisfaction. Very caring and they care for cats around their main house.
Ocean is in the back yard. We like that it's not overrun by big hotels and it's guests. There is a public access walk behind one side of the two courtyard style units, but there isn't public parking right there so it's likely more intended for locals across the street. Last we stayed there was a smallish condo structure being built next door, but the space would likely limit it to a handful of units. We have stayed here 3-4 times.

Extremely well maintained older property. Perfect location near food, stores and literally on the beach. The pull out sofa bed is even comfortable. The managers do stay in contact with you and have certain rules/procedures regarding the property (keep windows and doors closed) but it's understandable since that is how this place has stayed so nice. I would recommend this relaxing hotel to anyone visiting.

I stayed here twice last year June and August and will be going back a third time this June.
It is quiet and on the beach . Clean units and owners on premises 24 hours.
Restaurants nearby and easy access to and from mainland

Room Tip: There is no fitness center or pool but ocean just a few steps away

I decided to visit my favorite place on earth this spring, but the first time traveling alone, without parents. I booked it about two weeks before the trip. I arrived late on friday night, but Krystyna the manager was so nice to welcome me at the late hour and showed me the room. I haven't had a car so i was glad that it wasn't that far from restaurants or grocery stores. Also a Gym was almost in sight and could be reached within 5 minutes walking.
The rooms were clean and you always got fresh towels when you needed some. The kitchen was nice and big enough to prepare my breakfast, and i really enjoyed having the opportunity to cook myself. The motel has direct access to the beach and offers quite a lot of sun chairs to use.
Sadly i had to leave for the last night because new guest already made a reservation and my flight left one day later. The check out time was quite early, but it was understandable, because the room needed its cleaning, but i know Krystyna would have let me stay till the evening if she had not to leave the motel in the afternoon.
The husband also was very kind and drove me to the motel down the street for my last night.
Overall a great experience and recommendable for people traveling on a budget like me.

Room Tip: I had luck that i got the room with a view on the sea, but there was a building construction next to...

From A-1-A, this location does not appear too exciting, but I have to recommend it. An older beach-front hotel, it does not have a pool or offer other amenities, but it you want a nice little place to spend a few days, I recommend it. From the inside, the units resemble beach cottages, with a bedroom, bath with shower, full kitchen, and living room with a large flat screen tv and a sleeper sofa. Nicely done, clean, comfortable, attractive. Step out the door, and you have a beautiful view of the beach, and beach access. The location is not far from the public beaches at 5th Avenue (Indialantic) and Paradise. Right across the street is Blueberry Muffin, also highly recommended for breakfast or lunch, and several other restaurants within walking distance, including Pizza Hut.. Management seem very nice and accommodating. If you can, book early, this place is popular with repeat guests. I am a local, but have friends and relatives that have stayed here, and it's always a favorite.

Room Tip: The end rooms closest to the beach have a great view. Of course, all the rooms are within steps of t...
