50 Gulfside Condominiums are located on the beach side of Gulf Blvd, Indian Rocks Beach. Nice (heated) pool and patio area; easy access to the beach
We stayed in 302 and found it very well taken care of. The double beds could use new mattresses but very nice place over all. High end appliances and plenty of kitchen/dining dishes, utensils, etc
Condo has limited parking (one car per unit) but not much can be done with that since they are located on 'the narrows' area. There is limited open parking on the street if guests come to visit
Pros: Great location, beach access, heated pool, laundry facilities on each floor, well maintained
Cons: hard mattresses, limited parking
My husband and our 3 kids stayed at Fifty Gulfside 302 when we came for our annual visit for family nearby. We happened upon IRB a couple of years ago and fell in love. We decided to stay right on the water so that we could squeeze in more beach time each night - and this place worked perfectly! You walk out the building and right onto the beach. There is no laundry in the unit, but a washer and dryer are located on the same floor. The only issue was that the front bathroom door lock was a little hinky and the back bathroom door stuck a little. Overall though, the unit was great and had a very well decorated, open floor plan and nicely stocked kitchen.
