We actually love Hurricane's wings and selection of sauces. In our opinion Buffalo Wild Wings and a number of other chains come in a distant 2nd. That said, there is a limit to what we'll pay for them and when they push $1 per wing it may be time to move on. Wednesdays at the Jensen location are half-price wings which makes them a much better value but I'd go more often if the pricing was better the other 6 days.
We enjoy the tiki bar area...inside is just non-descript sports bar territory which tends to get loud and crowded. That said, the outdoor smoking can be brutal and on our last 2 visits the same 2 guys (obvious regulars) occupied the same table (from before we arrived and still there when we left) chain smoking the entire time...even while eating...and generated a cloud of smoke. While the tiki area is attractive and usually uncrowded, the mosquitos WILL eat you alive. We've taken to bringing our "Deep Woods" OFF in the car and spraying down before entering the Tiki area. Wish mgmt would look into some mitigation efforts.
Service is usually very good but there's been some turnover and the really good wait staff that was there at the start has moved on apparently. Can't comment on the rest of the menu since we go for the wings which are great (bone-in). Domestic beer is a little pricey compared to other places. With a few changes this spot is a 'very good'.
