Oh my God! What a meal! A few years ago you could find us in Jensen almost every night and definitely on the weekends. We used to eat here on a fairly regular basis but then the house renovation started and we rarely traveled far from the house. Well we are settled in and decided to venture back down to Jensen at Crawdaddy's for supper. We are now sitting at home asking why did we eat so much?????? It was fantastic that's why! I had the Traditional Jambalaya and my partner had the Mahi New Orleans Special both were delicious and sizably portioned. Our server was on the ball and very good. Of course we couldn't ignore dessert so here's where the overstuffed factor came in. Bread Pudding with a
banana slices and a bourbon glaze.......holy crap Batman that was incredible! My partner had the Brownie a la mode.........more good stuff. I am glad they have continued to maintain their quality and flavor. We will return again.

We enjoyed lunch outside on the patio. It was a fun as the entire outdoor area is a New Orleans-style retreat. The shade and decor is classic Lousiana and just a little different. We had pasta and oysters and the fresh fish wrap and it was all very good. Beers were cold and the right price. The children's menu is more than mac and cheese and chicken nuggets. (Which is a huge plus for us.) While our server was pleasant, she was not attentive and it took a while to get the check. Perhaps it was the "kid" factor, but we were there for lunch and not holding a table from the party crowd on Friday night. The indoor space is limited here and the bar is not large. Go for the patio. It is charming!

This is as close to Louisiana authentic cuisine as you can get without being in New Orleans! Order the crawfish appetizer - it comes with perfectly seasoned cajun Crawfish in a very large bowl! You won't be disappointed. My favorite thing about this place is the ambiance. The indoor restaurant and bar looks like a typical hole in the wall dive bar you would find on Bourbon Street. The outdoor seating area has hanging string lights, baroque rod iron furniture all accompanied by live music that makes you feel like you're sitting outside in the French Quarter. This restaurant always makes for a great experience!

Dinner was definitely better than lunch. Food was good, not special, but the atmosphere makes up for a lot. Outdoor seating, a band playing, no bugs, and a fun crowd. Will visit again.

Very surprised by this place - was iffy about the curb appeal. Service was excellent - right down to server demonstrating how to eat crawfish. Food was tasty, pace was just right. We sat outside - very nice night. Should've tried their signature jambalaya - will go back. Very interesting food!
