“THE PARK IS NICE BUT THE MUSEUM IS FACINATING”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 March 2012

I visted this pleasant park but about a mile away is the Burt Reynolds & Friends Museum located at 100 North US Highway 1.
I really enjoyed seeing the items from his movies such as a canoe from Deliverance and the many many photos from famous friends such as Gene Autry and Frank Sinatra with their personalised notes written to Burt.

“Good ramps, nice area and convenient to locals”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 February 2012

If you are looking to spend the day out on the water and want to tackle the Jupiter inlet (local knowledge is needed in seas), BR park is a nice spot to drop her in the water. Pretty good parking on the west side of the road, tons more on the east side, facilities, close proximity to the ICW or inlet and for that matter, you can just put around or even kayak the quiet backwaters nearby too. I have never had a problem with my truck or trailer here in terms of breakins or theft but your mileage may vary. Safe boating all...

“Good place to launch a boat.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 January 2012

Park has several boat ramps, which are close to the Jupiter inlet. If you use the ramps east of US Hwy. 1 note the fixed bridge. Not much else going for this park even though it is on the water.

“A trip back in time”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 December 2011

Loved the memorabilia--could've used more descriptions/explanations of some of the photos/items, for those of us who are just a little too young to remember Burt's glory years. Loved the notes from Jack Lemmon!

“Great park not to be confused with other Burt Reynolds attractions”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 November 2011

Not to be confused with the Burt Reynolds Institute for Film & Theatre or the Burt Reynolds & Friends Museum located at 100 North US Highway 1, Burt Reynolds Park is a Palm Beach County Park located a little further north at 100 North US Highway 1.

My mother lives in West Palm Beach and I visit with my family three times each year. We frequently visit Palm Beach County parks but today was our first trip to Burt Reynolds Park. We packed our lunch and visited Busch Wildlife Sanctuary this morning as we often do. We usually picnic there after seeing the animals but they were removing trees in the picnic area today so we sought an alternative picnic location. I had picked up a brochure for The River Center (located in Burt Reynolds Park but not operated by Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation) so we decided to check it out.

Burt Reynolds Park has a lot of the amenities you will find at other Palm Beach County parks (picnic shelters, a play structure, and restroom facilities) but it also has horseshoe pits, a sand volleyball court, and a ton of boating and fishing amenities (boat launching ramps, boat slips, non-motorized vessel launching beach, and boat/trailer parking). Like most Palm Beach County parks, the Park was well maintained. It was a great place to picnic and play before naptime.
