“Don't pass up the delicious crosiants”

The delicious crossiants litterally melted in my mouth! I also enjoyed a glass of fresh squeezed OJ and it made for a great way to start my day.

“Great breakfast stop”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 February 2014

We popped into this restaurant without any research...we just happened to be out on a walk and found it. They have gorgeous pastries for sale, but we opted for the granola and the Key West omelet (salmon, capers, onions). Both were outstanding. Additionally, my husband said it was the best cup of coffee he'd had in a long time. All breakfasts come with fresh-squeezed orange juice (the machine is right behind the counter, it is so fresh). Service was very friendly and efficient. Since we hadn't really intended to stop for breakfast, we only had a small amount of cash in our pockets and did not realize until after we'd eaten. They were very gracious, and we ran back to the hotel and back to the restaurant to settle up our bill. These guys are a first class act. I hope we are able to stop in again before we leave the island.

“Great eating on Key Biscayne”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 December 2013

It's small and can be crowded! It's worth the wait and the food is really good and different. The bread - it's the best. Crusty and sized just right for a fab sandwich. Brunch is busy and worth the wait also!! The seating on the sidewalk patio is best. Don't miss it!!

“It is ok”

Best baguette on the island, that's for sure. Food is Ok , maybe they should update the menu sometime. Definitely american, cafes in Europe ( and France) are different.

“Great place for breakfast”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 December 2013

Every time we are in Miami or Kay Biscayne we make a point of visiting La Boulangie at least once and usually more. This family run bakery/restaurant has not changed at all since the first time I went there 5 or 6 years ago. The staff are friendly and efficient and the food is terrific. I have never eaten something there I did not enjoy. If you are looking for a place to have a nice breakfast with the locals you have to try it.
