I wanted to go to Key West for years. In the beginning of October My Girlfriend and I stayed here for eight days. Wow beautiful sunsets that will take your breath away. Great staff and nice pools. I will return and without a doght I will stay here again with a Gulf view room. Private beach on the Seaside and soft sand for sunbathing at the hotel. It cost 13.00 or so to grab a cab to downtown (well worth it) Don't rent a car just fly in and take a cab (cheaper that way) A MUST STAY if you are going to Key West.

Room Tip: Ask for Gulf view. You can order food to be delivered from close by restaurants.

The pools are lovely and tranquil. The tiki bar for breakfast and drinks were great. Not all the pools are heated and it feels like paradise. The waterfront view was great and breathe taking. The staff was very friendly and knew a lot about the area. Its about 5 minuted from duval street which was great to have peace and quiet from the night life but not to far that you couldn't go out at night. Its walking distances to restaurants and great location. The two bedroom villa was nicely laid out and had tons of space. It fits 4 but could fit six. The bathrooms where very nice. I will definitely come and stay again. I am happy I picked this place.

A year or so ago my husband & I stopped here for lunch, well this last week my friend and I decided to stay and we are very glad we did. I made the reservations online, a young lady by the name Mirka Palanska was such a wonderful help. She answered all my questions and more. Her information was spot on, the resort was very nice, they have 3 pools and very casual restaurant, &they offer water sports, ( we didn't partake as the weather wasn't the best.) The grounds were lovely, our room was very nice, clean & neat, and we had a great little porch to have our coffee at in the mornings. It was quite, peaceful, and a relaxing atmosphere. All of the staff were very friendly and informative about where and how to get to Duval Street and a few other places we asked about. There is some street work going on the road out front, if you can call a cab or hop the trolley which you can get a block away.

Room Tip: There are some rooms that have a small beach, close to a waterway in the back, very private. I don...

Stayed there for a weekend after completing a 4-day business trip in Miami. Great room; clean, quiet, secure and spacious. Three things that the hotel/resort doesn't tell you about before you get there: (1) parking is very limited and they use the Walgreen Drug Store lot adjacent to the hotel as their "overflow"; they close 3 of the 4 pools at sunset and the main pool closes at 8:00pm; and the pool-side bar (the ONLY bar at the resort) ALSO CLOSES AT 8:00PM. IMHO, it's not a "resort" when the bar and pool closes at 8:00pm. It's more like a hotel in Salt Lake City. Finally, this property is a $12 cab fare to Duval Street and the fun-side of Key West. It's not walking distance to anything.

Based on the pictures and amenities this was my pick for lodging in KW, but my friends wanted to stay elsewhere. Enter Priceline express deal for $155/nt, where we concluded that our 4 star hotel in New Town was this place based on the daily resort fee. The front desk was very hospitable and allowed me to add a name onto my reservation so that my friends could check in on the first day without me, and waited 2 days for me to get in to collect the resort fee. The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly big. Most places use wide-angled lenses to capture the rooms for their websites, but we had so much space it was almost funny! The pool area was great, our room was right in front of the big pool and cafe, which I didn't frequent, but my friends said was fantastic. The smaller pool around the corner was empty so that's where we hung out. I wish they kept pool towels near the pools, it would have been more convenient, but we had lots of towels in our room, so it wasn't that much of a hardship. Housekeeping was great, the room was always neat and clean when we came back, they gave us extra towels and the housekeeper kindly came back that first day because we weren't ready for them yet. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. The grounds were nicely landscaped, very lush and green, and everything was so clean. Only complaint was that our room keys would spontaneously stop working, so each of us had to go to reception on different days to get them reset. Would have loved more hooks in the bathroom as there was 3 of us in the room, but we managed to make it work. Overall, super relaxing, super comfy and totally worth the resort fee!

Room Tip: Rooms away from main pools quieter, but with the doors closed during daytime it's fine. Not a p...
