This hotel is very nice, rooms decoration is tasteful. The staff is very warm; almost perfect but in our case the room was not properly cleaned each day. Accidentaly, I left an eye-drops package in the bed. Although the bed seemed clean, the package was still there and it was easy to spot it. My daughter split a lemonade over the floor and I did clean it, but it was sticky in one small part. The same thing: it was not cleaned. I think that was the only, but unforgivable opportunity we had during our stay.

We reserved our room at Parrot Key at the last minute when we decided to extend our vacation and travel down to Key West. I called at least 10 other resorts and B&B's. Most of them were either charging a rediculous amount or they were not family friendly (we have a 9 month old). I was so happy to find a room for a better than expected price that I didn't expect much. I was so surprised when we drove into the resort. It's absolutely beautiful. The lobby was very nice and the front desk staff was courteous and professional. Our room was decorated so nicely and it was immaculate! I absolutely loved how we had our own little area that the back door lead out to with wooden lounge chairs in the sand. It felt like our own private little beach. The resort was peaceful and so well maintained with beautiful foliage and 4 pools to swim in nested between lots of greenery. I will definitely stay here again. The resort was beautiful and the price was right!

The resort was beautiful and we loved our back porch by the water so we could she the sunset if we wanted to stay in for the evening. The pool was great and loved the tropical feel to it. I would love to go back!!!

Our one night in Key West got off to a fantastic start when we checked in at Parrot Key Resort and was notified of a complimentary room upgrade! Our new suite-unit faced the garden and the pool, offering us serenity and a gorgeous view. The hotel staff were most helpful in maximizing our stay in the city and made several recommendations regarding things to do, places to visit, and restaurants to try. Overall, we felt this property was one of the better aspects of Key West and we would be quick to not only recommend it to others, but to stay there upon return visits.

Spent 6 days in May at the resort and it lives up to their online pictures. The Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I were celebrating our 35th and were very happy with our choice, the Pools feel almost private, with each being surrounded by landscaping. We were in a Gulf view two room suite which are second floor, Worked out great. We are thinking of going back with our grown children and their spouses renting the three story villa.
Only negative comment would be that at the back pool, which became our favorite, the waitservice was not very frequent, however for a pool side lunch we found a great "hole in the wall" resturant online that delivered to the pool in 20 minutes from placing the order and had a great Cuban Sandwich and Fish Tacos "Kim's Kuban" was the name of the place.
We had a rental car and it was handy as the resort is not on the main drag
Stayed at the Marriott in Key West Previously and it was great but we really like the more intimate atmosphere at the Parrot Key.
Highly reccomend

We had a wonderful time. It was myself, my husband, his sister and her husband. The two bedroom suite was perfect. Service was wonderful from everyone in the staff. Booker, who greeted us when we arrived; Chelsea, who helped arrange transportation for us; and the wonderful pool bar staff. They went above and beyond when dealing with some other guests who were not the nicest. I cant say enough about how much we enjoyed our vacation.

Great hotel we are still here for a few more days. Rooms are great. If you get a room to the west side you can see the sunset but we are at the south, it's a quiet resort and has loads of pools and shade to relax. Great service and parking isn't an issue. I would highly recommend this place for a great hotel/condo style stay. We got the 2 floor room.
