You can't help but slow down and relax at the Conch House. The girls are awesome and full of suggestions on places to go and things to do. Everything is in walking distance or on bikes which you can rent on the property. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Sam and his family have done a wonderful job in keeping this one of the best places in Key West.

Great time excellent value. Close to what's happening on Duval and kind of in the middle of everything. Certainly walking distance though might be a challenge walk for some. Amy was a great hostess with many good suggestions on things to see and do. I expect to return to Key West and will stay there again.

Sam has created an exceptional B&B in a perfect location in paradise....we will return again and again. The Historical House is fresh painted and proud to be your haven while you explore Key West. Enjoy the breakfast as the staff knows how to take care of Guests.

The conch house is great! It has a lot of history but modern amenities. I stayed in the cabana room which was lovely! It had high beam ceilings and Mexican tile floors. There was also a flat screen tv hung on the wall with several cable channels.
The location is right in the heart of key west but felt like an oasis.
The breakfast was better than expected. Try the blueberry muffins! Everything was fresh.
Very clean and cozy!

This was my 4th trip to Key West and my girlfriend's first. The Conch House Inn accommodations exceeded our expectations. We were so pleased with our stay from check in to check out. The welcoming service was impeccable. This property was the cleanest I have ever seen. Their proximity to Duval Street was perfect. We thank Sam, and his crew for a wonderful stay and making Tara's first visit to Key West a winner!! We will certainly be back soon.

This was our fourth trip to Key West but the first time we stayed at the Conch House Inn. Although the other properties were very nice, hands down, we love the Conch House Inn. The staff, Carol, Amy, Hillary and Sam, to name a few, are extremely friendly and amazingly accommodating. Upon arrival Carol took time to welcome us and offer any tips and tricks for making the most of our week in Key West. On our way to our room, we detoured through the kitchen as the porch was freshly painted and there was a mixing bowl with a bit of batter in it. Carol offered for us to taste the batter and it was so delicious, I couldn’t wait to taste the bread. To say the least, the homemade banana bread literally melts in your mouth and as gift; we even received a mini loaf to bring back home to Wisconsin. How nice is that?
Our room, the Marquesa, was perfect. We loved the privacy of the second floor and the accommodations were much larger and more comfortable than some of the other properties we had stayed at. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and the towels were fresh daily with Tommy Bahama toiletries which is very nice touch. Our room had a mini refrigerator, TV, and the water for the shower was always plentiful and hot.
For breakfast on Christmas Day we were offered a cheese soufflé with or without sausage along with Bananas Foster Bread Pudding – both served warm from the oven. The breakfast offerings exceeded our expectations with fresh bakery, warm muffins, fruit, yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, tomato juice and even a mimosa, if you prefer. If you are a coffee drinker you will love Baby’s coffee which comes specially, all the way from Louisiana. There is an assortment of tea as well as bagels, toast and cereal.
The pool area is well kept with a basket of beach towels set out on the porch each day. After a dip in the pool it is very relaxing to sit poolside to read, relax or connect your IPAD, or tablet to the excellent wireless Internet connection.
We rented bikes for three days as this, in our opinion, is the best way to see the island. The rate was reasonable and the bikes are in great condition with a basket and lock and are available right at the Inn; just ask in the morning and you will be pedaling on your way. If you prefer to walk, the Inn is conveniently located a few blocks off of Duval and near a CVS pharmacy for picking up odds and ends as needed.
When we asked to borrow a cork screw one evening, we were immediately offered wine glasses as well. Thank you Amy and Sam!
We truly enjoyed our week over Christmas at the Conch House Heritage Inn and would definitely recommend it as our new favorite place to stay in Key West. Five Golden Stars for the Conch House Heritage Inn and its wonderful staff. Happy New Year!

Room Tip: We love the second floor Marquesa Room in the poolside cottage. Very spacious with ensuite bathroom...

The Conch House beat all of our expectations. The property was clean, comfortable and felt like home. We were greeted by Aimee who was absolutely wonderful during our stay. She gave us a map of the island and pointed out a few key places to visit and things to do. The B&B was just a short walk to Duval Street where all the shops and restaurants are located. There is also a coffee shop, drug store and sub shop just a few blocks up the street. A grocery store is also in walking distance to the B&B. We did not experience any loud noise as mentioned on another post but found it on the quiet side. All of the staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating to all of our requests. Fresh towels were provided daily. The continental breakfast was very satisfying and there were bicycle rentals on property. We went during Christmas and was even treated to a special Christmas day breakfast! We can't wait for our next visit to KW and to the Conch House--absolutely amazing!
