We stayed 6 nights at the Grand from 12/27 to 1/1 and were very pleased with the service and cleaniness of the place. It was our first trip to Key West and The Grand is a good representation of the quieter, off-beat side of Key West. The staff gave wonderful recommendations for places to eat - we never spent more than $40 on a meal and every meal was delicious- and things to see and do. We stayed in a large room with a kitchenette and couch and the room felt spacious. It was nice to take out food and eat in when the restaurants were crazy. We would recommend The Grand to anyone looking for comfortable (but not fancy) long term accomodations in a clean, quiet area of Key West.

We recently spent 4 nights at the Grand Guest House in Key West, FL. Very courteous staff, clean room with everything we needed, wonderful breakfast every morning served on the deck. Staff also very helpful in recommending things to do and see. The Grand is tucked away in a quiet side street in Old Town Key West with about a 10 minute walk to get to Duval Street. Would definetely stay here again the next time.

My Wife, Daughter, Son-in-Law and I spent the night at your beautiful guest house on Tuesday, December 7th, 2004. I don't think we adequately expressed how much your hospitality and friendly assistance added to our enjoyment of Key West! The rooms were clean and the décor was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of HOT WATER in the shower. We liked the shutters as they augmented the air-conditioning.

Thanks for the use of the pool. After walking the streets of Key West (liked the graveyard), experiencing Mallory Square and coming back from a wonderful late supper, my wife and I availed ourselves of the pool. It was very relaxing. The next morning, the breakfast on the patio was tasty and nutritious. The food was good and the surroundings were quaint.

Of course we wished to spend more time with you in Key West, but we had commitments back in Pompano Beach. Your Inn made our vacation just that much more special.

This quest house is charming from the second you pull up outside. It's beautifully painted, quiet and calm and comfortable. It is run by Jim and Jeff who take the time to know their guests and make sure everyone has all the information and ammenities they need to have the perfect experience. They set up trips for us to go to islands, dinner reservations, rides on boats, rental bikes to ride around town. But my favorite part of this place is sitting in the morning with a cup of coffee in the courtyard and reading a newspaper in the sun before going out to explore. The athmosphere was simply perfect for Key West.

Back from the "Grand" in Key West. Owned by Jim and Jeff, two excellent hosts helped by devoted Alan, I had another wonderful stay in their charming guest house located in Key West downtown.

You can be sure that Jim, Jeff and Alan will always make sure your visit is most enjoyable, comfortable and troubleless. Cosy, quiet an ideal place in Key West. Large and affordable accomodations. Why did I leave!?

Lots of love

My husband and I and four couples who couldn't figure out why we like Key West when we have our own coast, stayed at the Grand on our last three trips. Now they all understand. We all met for continental breakfast on the patio and planned our day. It was perfect. We will definitely go back!
