Great location, Marcia and Dave were very gracious hosts. Room very clean, comfortable, and quiet (except for a rather noisy A/C unit). Will definitely look forward to staying there again. A block away from the Hemingway House. Also worth checking out is a cool place, McConnell's Pub, steps away at the corner of Duval and Olivia.

Room Tip: Stayed in the "Front Room," which faces Olivia Street. Thought it would be very noisy there, but actually was very quiet, and spacious.

This marvelous B&B in a classic Key West house is just around the corner from the Hemingway House, just half a block off Duval Street and a short walk to the Southernmost Point. You feel as though you were at home immediately. Lyne Desjardins made us feel welcome in every way, and soon we were part of the "family" of fellow guests and the two elegant cats. From the flower-covered porch to the palm-shaded spa pool, it was a great place to stay. The area is quiet even though very central. A nice breakfast every morning, with coffee available for early risers (we are often up at 5). Very close to good restaurants, and the Seascape folks help out with tips and discounts. This is a pet friendly property and our little dachshund LOVED his home away from home!

Room Tip: If you want ocean breezes, choose the second-floor rooms with a terrace and windows - the poolside rooms do not have operable windows in the tight confines of Old Town housing.

We stayed in Seascape the first week of the year. Very impressed, we are seasoned travelers and have lots of experience with B@B.s. Seascape impeccably clean and quiet (no Kids), wonderful 20" hot tube, coffee at 5:00 if you are a early riser. Great location, between the Hemingway house and Duval St., no need for a car. Wine and soft drinks available 24/7 on the honor system. Service was the best, you need it, they had it. Would love to be back there.

Room Tip: The second story rooms have vaulted ceiling and private decks, but you can go wrong with any of their rooms, only 8.

I can't say enough positive about this Inn. It is a quaint and quiet gem that is ideally located just steps away from both the Hemingway House and Duval Street (although on the quieter southern side). The facility is immaculate and rooms are charming. Yes, the bathrooms are small but the plush towels and toiletries make up for this. :) Just entering the front gate is the perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of Key West. The Seascape exudes tranquility!!
The breakfast each morning is just perfect--freshly delivered bagels from a deli, a multitude of fresh fruit choices, bakery items, hard boiled eggs, cereals, yogurts, coffee, juice. and, even, mimosas. Home-made cream cheeses and butter mixes like sun dried tomato or apple/walnut/cinnamon are to die for!! All is served with real china and cutlery. Not sure what else one could ask for.
Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to serve any need without being intrusive or over-bearing! They even manage to hold a parking space for your arrival--no small feat in key West! Bikes are available for rent on the premises....and this is the easiest way to navigate around town.
Kudos to Lynn and Mario Kitty for bringing a smile to our faces every day!!
I would not hesitate to return!! Till next time, guys :)

As convenient as can be. This modest little B&B was more than equipped to handle any challenge we could possibly imagine. It's as if they've collected every necessity a traveler might need and are providing it for free.

Some great, and sometimes surprising, amenities included a tasty breakfast, beer & wine, an iPod connector to the radio, DVD player, sunblock, snacks, stain removers, bike rentals and free beach towels for use--to name a few.

Anyway, add all this to a great location and it's clear they've earned their rating. Definitely check it out!
