We would definitely recommend the Seascape to anyone who just wants to relax and enjoy Key West with friends and family. We stayed at the inn celebrating the return of honeymooning friends, along with other great friends and our two baby bulldogs. The accommodations were perfect and comfortable for everyone. We already are planning a trip back very soon. Special thanks to Koko, the manager, for making us all feel welcome and taken care of.

We just spent 3 nights at The Seascape and thought it was fantastic. This inn was recommended to us by the Key West Innkeepers Association because we were travelling with a small dog and needed to find a place to accommodate our furry friend! We arrived at the inn to find a parking spot waiting for us that the innkeepers had saved for us (thank you again!) We parked our car and never used it until we left. My husband and I came to Key West with my parents but each couple wanted privacy so we opted for their 1 bedroom suite which also has an adjoining bedroom through an adjoining door if you choose to rent that room so basically we had a 2 bedroom apartment! Our room was a queen room overlooking the small pool / jacuzzi in the back of the property and my parents suite had a spiral staircase leading up to a loft bedroom. Each room had it's own spotless bathroom, coffee maker, and mini-fridge. The 1 bedroom suite had a efficiency kitchen equipt with a microvave, 2 burner cook top, kitchen table, plates, glasses, silverware, and a few pots and pans. If you felt like eating in one night, there is a full gas bbq in the pool area for guest use and you could cook in your efficiency kitchen! The air conditioning units in each of the rooms worked very well and also drowned out the constant crowing of the wild roosters!! The innkeepers and manager and housekeeper were exceptionally helpful with advice on where to eat, what to do, and simply just very friendly people that made us feel completely at ease! A lovely continental breakfast is served every morning including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, muffins, scones, bagels, fruit, cereal, and a special treat of mimosas! The only complaint we had is that breakfast is served each morning from 9 am - 11 am which to us early risers was a bit too late for us. We would have liked to be able to eat and start our day a bit earlier but, hey, it was still great! This is a reasonably priced, spotless, extrememly well located inn (a few steps from Duval on Olivia street). We look forward to coming back for visit next year and staying at The Seascape!

We just came home from a week in Southern Florida, which we were lucky enough to enjoy 3 days at the Seascape Tropical Inn in Key West on Olivia Street.

This little inn is nestled in the heart of Key West close to everything you would want to see or do. I booked by phone with having to choose from dozens of seemingly like accommodations on the Internet and was hoping we made a good choice. Wow!!! We love it! From the great hosts, beautiful rooms and a quiet elegance that just epitomizes the luxury of Key West we could not of asked for a better place to stay (we even got engaged at the inn).

We stayed in the Queen room on the second floor, which boasted our own private balcony. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and we had a great time just lounging by the pool (I wondered if the other guests even ventured out to see the sites as they seemed to enjoy staying at the inn instead of doing the busy sightseeing we were up to)

The best part of this inn was Koko and Beth (not to mention the Roosters). Koko is the fabulous manager of the inn. He was so helpful with where to go and where to eat. Beth, the owner was equally helpful and if you read this Beth thank you for the tip on the Blue Heaven Restaurant we thoroughly enjoyed that. If you ever get the chance to get to Key West this inn is a must!

My mom and I just got back from our week long vacation in Key West. This was our second trip down there, and we thought we would take advantage of one of the many Inns instead of staying at a hotel. A great idea! Mom had found the Seascape online about 4 years ago and had suggested we stay there since it was near Duval St and very reasonable in price.
Seascape was everything we wanted with the most wonderful people and kitty cats to boot. The Inn is convenient to the Hemingway House, the light house, Duval St and two beaches. They even provide you with backpack beach chairs to take down to the beach. We really loved that! Anything you want to do, Beth, Koko and Chris are there to set it up or give you valuable tips.
We will definitly be back to see our new friends at Seascape!

A beautiful & clean place that we were so lucky to find. The staff are absolutely wonderful. They made our first stay at a B&B one that will be nearly impossible to top. We will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I just returned from a 5 day trip to Key West, where we stayed at the Seascape. We had seen numerous good reviews and decided to stay here based on our budget. We were so happy with our selection and cannot wait to go back! Beth and Coco were extremely hospitable and couldn't be more accomodating.
We had a great room upstairs with a private veranda. The room wasn't huge but it has a private bath, a closet, and a fridge. For the price, it was absolutely worth it. Everything was very neat/clean, and breakfast was available every morning.
Beth and her husband keep this inn very well maintained and have plans for continued luxury improvements such as flat screen tvs in each room.
The inn is located right off of Duval Street and is perfect for walking to anywhere, and you don't get the noise from all the late night partying. The roosters do crow all day/night but the AC drowned them out and we found it to be humorous more than anything. We can't wait to go back and are already looking to plan our next trip. Definitely highly recommended for the money!

We cannot wait to go back to the Seascape. We have stayed in Key West many times and now we have found a home. From the minute we walked in we felt the warmth and hospitality of Koko, the manager and Beth and Chris the owners. They were incredibly helpful in recommending resturants and booking excursions for us. They saw to our every need with a smile. The room was bright, sparking and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool/spa was sparking and warm; The perfect end to a busy day of activities in Key West. The expanded continental breakfast was plentiful, nicely served and topped off with unlimited mimosas. The Seascape is located 1/2 block off Duval and 1/2 block from the Hemingway house. Even though the Seascape is right off Duval st, the Inn is an oasis of quiet and seculsion. Thanks for a great vacation.
