My second trip with Captain Paul was better than the first. A planned father/son fishing for Tarpon was spectacular. We met friends in Key West for the adventure (father/son as well). Paul spent time at the beginning of the day explaining what to look for to find the tarpon and how to play the tide to use to our advantage. Captain Paul took full advantage of the tide and currents and soon we were battling Tarpon. Two times we had double battles with Tarpon adding to the excitement. For the day we hooked between 8 and 12 Tarpon on the trip getting three of them to the boat. The largest being around 135 lbs (sharing the picture shortly before landing it). I have to add that only one other boat on the water was actually hooking the Tarpon that day. Captain Paul's boat had all the action! Captain Paul was prepared to catch Tarpon!
The day was completed with a fantastic time catching lemon sharks in the flats (we had more than dozen to try and hook!)
The third trip with Captain has been booked for next year already! Seen you then Captain Paul!
