My new husband & I booked a room through the website for a room with a king bed with a patio for our honeymoon. We wanted to stay at a really nice place at a reasonable rate. That is exactly what we got. The Inn is beautiful, clean, and the staff was very helpful. Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfy, the rainfall shower head was relaxing and the patio was perfect for my hubby who smokes. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and perfect for honeymooners who didn't want to be around a lot of people. The only down part of the pool was that it closed at 10pm, so when we returned from downtown we couldn't go sit in the hot tub.
The food was really good, and we loved the breakfast buffett. The bartender, K.T., was great and lots of fun. The consierge service was very helpful, and even suggested some great places to eat. If you want a romantic getaway, The Inn is the place!

I was on vacation with three more friends in the USA, we did a road trip though Florida and booked this hotel through the internet, just reading the advices from people who had stayed there.
We arrived a little bit early and couldn't check-in because of the time, so we went to have lunch, when we came back what a surprise!!!
As you go through the back door you reach the pool area, with a water fall and a bar.. so lovely, we almost gave up going to see the sunset!!
But we had little time in the city, so we went to see the sunset and came back to enjoy the pool and have some drinks.
The staff was realy nice, very polite. The room was clean and very confortable. Lots of amenities, such as Body and Bath Works products and news paper in the morning.
Breakfast not included, but served by the pool!!

I stayed here for five nights in March. The hotel is located quite a way out of the main centre of Key West. Rather than being close to Mallory Square and Duval Street, it's along a main road with some other hotels, fast food restaurants and strip malls. It is right next to the sea (no beach) but, like the rest of Key West, they don't make the most of it.

The hotel has parking but you'd need to drive/get a taxi to the Mallory Square area and pay to park there. Reception is large and quite impressive. There's no lift so you have to carry your cases upstairs. Check in was efficient enough but we weren't made to feel at all welcome. The room was pleasant, with two double beds. We had a little balcony (just enough room for two chairs) which looked out over the main road to the sea. The room had a fridge which we stocked with drinks etc from the nearby Publix supermarket. (Go here to change travellers cheques, the bank won't do it unless you have an account).

Wifi was available in the hotel but didn't work in our room. It also only seemed to work with windows so was no good for our mobile phones. There were two PCs near reception which you could use.

The pool area was attractive and had plenty of sun loungers. You could borrow towels although they were a little thin. The pool was heated which was a pleasant surprise. There was an outdoor bar which served a good range of drinks (including some horrid American beer). They also offered food; I had a chicken sandwich which came with homemade coleslaw and was very tasty.

If you want to go to the beach, I would recommend going to the Fort Zachary Taylor Historic Park in the west of the island.

Spent three nights with a pool view. Rooms have been recently remodeled. Very nice decorating. Front desk and concierge very helpful. Pool area is very nice. We did not have any children with us, but the hotel is well equipped for kids. Would certainly stay here again.

After reading other travellers reviews, my wife and I decided to stay here at The Inn at Key West!! Boy are we glad we did! We were celebrating our 1st Anniversary, and just needed to get away and relax, and I tell you there is not a more perfect place to do that than at The Inn at Key West. I arranged for Champgane, Rose Petals, and Chocolate covered strawberries in the room upon our arrival, through the concierge. It was PERFECT!! The beds are super comfortable, plenty of pillows, and a great shower with a rain head, and 100+ degree hot water! The Pool is just as advertised!! Biggest and best in the Keys!! Bar Service, Breakfast, Lunch, Etc..... All good!! Concierge made EXCELLENT dinner plans for us at "The Rusty Anchor" and at "Michaels", both I highly reccomend. Bob the concierge arranged for a sunset cruise, as well as for scooters for our stay. If you are really looking for just a great place to chill, relax, and enjoy, you MUST stay at The Inn at Key West!! We will BE BACK AGAIN!!!

Booked this Hotel knowing that it was not close to Duval, so I went with the right expectations, plus I had a car so I was not worried. The hotel is really well kept, groomed and clean. The lobby is really nice, and front desk was extremely help. The rooms are clean, modern, and the toiletries are bath and body works. The pool...is amazing...clean, surrounded by palm trees, never full, very mixed crowd from kids all the way to seniors so there was never a cliquey feel. When booked was offered two drink as part of the package and also found it hard to get these drinks as they were not offered at check-in, which I found odd as it states on the invoice. Free newspaper every morning was the Miami Herald. Parking was plentiful and available. Duval was no more then 12 minutes, Grocery stores and all that were within walking distance. Did not have much experience with Tiki bar but she was nice and the drinks were great when we used our free drink coupon, wished I checked them out for Happy Hour. Some cons are that I found the room could use better lighting, and I wish we were able to sit by the pool after 11pm as the pool really is the selling point for this hotel. Fitness centre was also very new, and well equipped. Overall, I found this to be a great deal in Key West and would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Nice room, up to date decore, nice pool. Sorda away from all the sites you want to see so you either have to drive, cab, or my recommendation get an electric mini car. Hotel Conciere was the best part about this hotel, it was either a man or woman(husband/wife) sitting in the lobby everyday. They would help you book trips and get the best deal on what you were looking for. One negative is we booked our trip on a web special listed by the hotel with"2 complementary" drinks per room per day. We had to ask upon check-in for the coupons and had a hard time getting them. We came back to the front desk the next day and we got the run around by asking if we had the print out. We did not print the info so they told us to come by in 30 minutes after they talked to the Magager and they would see. We got 2 drink coupons, not 2 per day, they said it was 2 for the entire stay. It was not the free drinks as much as the principal of the thing.

There is a I-HOP next door for breakfast or you can eat at the hotel for about 15 per head.

Really nice pool, but you can not bring drinks into the area, you have to buy from the Tiki bar, which is good but like everything in Key West.....expensive.
