Casa Marina is a wonderful luxury hotel located in historic Key West. The location is very close to Duvall Street and Southernmost Point. The hotel is wonderful. The front desk was very helpful and they checked us in immediately. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The grounds at this hotel are immaculate and they offer a lot of activities for everyone. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxury hotel, very elegant, very quiet .

We really enjoyed our stay at the Casa Marina. The staff were so helpful, esp. the pool staff. The food was very good, but a little pricey. It was nice to have everything in one area, so we didn't have to go off the grounds for much.

My husband and I were there to join friends for their anniversary. We had a wonderful time at the beach for most of our stay and took advantage of the water sports amenities. The service at the pool and beach was outstanding. The location and views were spectacular. Be sure to get a room with the ocean view, as the room decor and bathroom size is lackluster.

For such an expensive tiny room, I expected it to be clean and comfortable at least. It was awful. While the valet guys were polite, the rest of the staff were very snobby and not friendly at all. There was an espresso machine in the room, but what percentage of the population likes espresso? The bathroom was tiny. A large person would have trouble in the shower it was so small and it was nasty. it appeared to have just been wiped down and not cleaned with bleach or a heavy duty cleaner for a very long time. The wireless connection was a joke, and for a business trip that was not good. The self-parking was expensive. Our fire alarm went of at 2:00 am and when we called they said it was just in our section and didn't know what caused it but would call to let us know. We never heard back from them. We had to check out at the front desk because our receipt never made it to our room. I would not recommend this place for any trip for anyone, unless you enjoy paying an extravagant price for rooms the size of a cruise ship and terrible attitudes.

This hotel is the mother of all hotels. It is gorgeous and the staff are fantastic. We stayed here for 4 nights as we were moving on for the next part of our vacation.
Our room was clean and tidy and like something from a movie and the view from the balcony was unreal.
The pool was great and this is were we spent most of our time, a guy would walk around the pool and give out ice lollies which was so cute.
Parking was a bit expensive but we got a deal when we booked the holiday so it suited us.
Some lovely shops all in driving distance and great restaurants. Will be returning.

Great location, average beech, terrible food and above average prices.

Most staff are friendly and helpful, the house keeping staff make a lot of noise constantly banging the doors in the morning even after asking them to stop.

You are better off just staying in the hotel and eating and drinking out. The price is so inflated for everything $100 for 20 mins on a jet ski or go just round the corner and get a 3 hour tour of the whole island for $120 including lunch and beer.

Having said that, I would stay here again as if you have a family and want a child Friendly hotel this is the best choice.

This hotel is a step back in time. The setting is beautiful. The architecture is gorgeous. You can almost feel what it might have been like almost 100 years ago. Our room was on the back of the hotel right by the elevator. At first this worried me because oftentimes you can hear a ding every time someone uses the elevator, but this one is quiet. So we did not have the noise I had expected. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The room was a nice size and well appointed. The bathroom was also a nice size although not updated or luxurious, but it serves the purpose. If you are looking for a Four Seasons style room you won’t find it here, but the rooms are perfectly adequate and beach style. We did not have a beach view which would have been nice but I think it kept things quiet since there are weddings and parties on the beach side. There are 2 lovely pools with a great outdoor bar and restaurant. The food was very good and reasonably priced for a resort. There is a beach which is great although it is rocky so not Caribbean style. Barefoot Billy’s is located right on the beach at the hotel and can hook you up with a variety of water activities. We did the sunset sail which was wonderful and highly recommended. Next door to the hotel is a great restaurant called Louie’s Backyard. Definitely worth a visit for adults (not children). The hotel is located on the quieter end of the end of the island which we liked. If you have teenagers or are looking for action you will need to catch a short cab ride. Bikes are available for rent also. There is a spa on location which is quite good. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing beachy getaway.
