Very good property. Very professional, courteous, and helpful staff. Very good restaurant on premises (awesome breakfast buffet). Very close to downtown (where all cool places are). They offer complimentary shuttle bus. I highly recommend it.

My friends and I stayed in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath suite during Fantasy Fest and all I can say was the room was amazing. High class furnishings and appliances throughout. The view of the bay from the balcony was very relaxing. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative to the trip was that if you returned back late to the room you had trouble finding a covered space near your room. I would highly recommend staying here the next time your in Key West.

This hotel has good location and a good bar and tavern. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are great. Showers have good space and even better water pressure. The pool area is beautiful. And there is a dock where you can walk out on. I always stay here when I come to key west.

The highlight of our two day stay was a relaxing afternoon by the water. It was quiet and peaceful on the manmade beach by the ocean, as well as around the pool. We enjoyed good poolside service from the wait staff. Lunch quality was average, but my wife sure enjoyed their peach smoothies and had 4!

We booked the room using Priceline, getting a rate with tax of around $200 per night. Upon check-in, with a full hotel, the only room option for us was the standard king with one small window looking out at the main road and a construction site(see my picture), in other words perhaps the worst location. The room was really nicely furnished, and if that is as worse as this place gets, not to worry. They waived the $20 parking fee as a consolation.

We enjoyed the quiet in the room from the hurricane resistant construction. As an architect, I appreciated staying in such a storm fortified and intelligent structure without any reductions to aesthetics. It felt solid. That is also why they built vestibules to the rooms and small windows- to reduce storm infiltration.

Best aspects of the room were the high ceilings, high quality furnishings, ample storage incl a refrigerator, powerful A/C, large tub, and quiet. The desk was dark, however, and needed better lighting. Wifi worked fine.

My wife is disabled and it was quite walk to the elevator and then back to the car in the level 1 open air garage. The elevator wasn’t working but they fixed it the next day, even though it was a holiday. I eventually began to realize that the hotel layout is actually very compact and easy to get around.

Always saw lots of staff around and of the 10 people we talked to, all seemed very nice and professional. Matt did a great job at front desk when we checked in, with excellent travel tips and welcoming comments.

Lastly, the hotel location is pretty good in that it’s right at the apex of roads in and out of Key West. We found a great & affordable “locals” restaurant nearby, Hogfish. It’s open air, classic Key West atmosphere, next to a marina.

Room Tip: Facing the ocean with a top floor roof deck would be ideal.

Came to Key West for a friend's wedding and we decided to do 2 nights at the Marriott Beachside using points before heading over to the Sheraton with the rest of the wedding party and I couldn't be happier that we did. Our original reservation was for a presidential suite but since that was overbooked we were upgraded to a ridiculous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beachfront villa. It was obscene.

This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were beautiful, grounds immaculate, and the service was professional and courteous. The pool was very nice though it was cloudy out entire stay we did enjoy the Jacuzzi one night. The 2 bars have 2 for 1 happy hour from 5-7 nightly. The Tavern N Town restaurant was so so, typical hotel restaurant fare but the breakfast buffet was delicious. As we are Elite Marriott members we normally would have access to the club room but as there isn't one at this property we were given 2 free buffets a day or we could just have points applied to the account. If you have dinner at the restaurant you can also get a free breakfast or points.

There is a shuttle with very friendly drivers that run every hour taking guests to Duval St. stopping in front of Margaritaville and picking up there as well. We were so tempted to stay our entire time at the Marriott unfortunately our plans couldn't make that work. I can't wait to come back!

I stayed for 3 nights and had a very nice time overall. The pool bar made good drinks and the food was flavorful and hot. Prices were as expected based on location. Expensive. An iced tea was $4 so get plenty of refills. My only real complaint about the pool bar is that it closed at 7.

The restaurant was nice, but service was slow and prices high. The food was very good.

The rooms were clean, but very small. There is a double door to enter your room, an exterior door that leads to a entry with the doors to several rooms. This is very annoying when someone else enters at 3 am. You can hear doors slamming a lot.

If you want any kind of view make sure you request a pool view.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property. The room was luxurious and the bed solo comfy!!!! I went to the gym and it was updated, clean and welcoming (rare for a gym). The dinner at Town n tavern was delicious and the breakfast...lets just say all the working out still wouldn't put a dent in the caloric intake I had from that amazing breakfast! The staff was phenomenal!!! From the person at the front desk, to the gentleman who offered me fruits at the gym, simply hospitable.
I love this hotel!!!!!!
