“A New, Old Favorite”
Reviewed 24 October 2012

This was my first visit to Sarabeth’s, and it was so good that I went back for breakfast a few days later. Located in an old house in a quiet part of town, you have a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The fish lovers in my party couldn’t wait to order the yellowtail snapper. This boneless flash-fried fish was presented beautifully and lived up to its reputation. Everyone raved. The strawberry shortcake dessert with homemade shortcakes (if you’re expecting the grocery store variety, you’re in for a BIG surprise) and vanilla infused strawberries was scrumptious as well. The friendliness of the staff was superb, and Milios (I hope I came close to spelling that correctly) from Serbia, one of the best waiters I have ever had; please tip him well.

Breakfast was also a treat and punctuated by Sarabeth’s infamous jams and jellies (strawberry/rhubarb---wonderful) and raised plain old toast to a whole, new level. Don’t forget to buy some of those jams and jellies to take home; just remember that they’re too big for your carry-on! There are probably a lot of TSA employees at the airport who have been all too happy to confiscate Sarabeth’s products!

“Service and food are fantastic”
Reviewed 24 October 2012

We Love seeing David, the host and manager, year after year Always wearing a smile, always concerned about your comfort. Sarabeth's is the perfect place for a quiet an sophisticated breakfast, lunch or dinner. Sit back, enjoy a goldie lox omelette with a mimosa while reading the paper and planning out the rest of your day. For me, it can't be beat!

“Excellent Champagne Breakfast”
Reviewed 21 October 2012

Enjoyed a late breakfast here during a week long stay in Key West. Started with a choice of several champagne cocktails. Immediately knew I was going to like this place... lol

Baked goods are excellent. My husband ordered the Almond Crusted French Toast and his eyes nearly rolled back in his head. Tasted heavenly. I had the Spinach & Goat Cheese omelette which was very good.

Prices are typical Key West but worth it here.

“Anniversary Dinner”
Reviewed 13 October 2012

Tonight we had an amazing dinner at Sarabeth's in Key West. We were seated on the patio. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was incredible. I had the Cream of Tomato soup as a first course. My husband had the Key West Shrimp Salad and I had the Green Chili Pepper Macaroni and Cheese as our entrees. The portions were perfect. The flavors were refreshing.
We have eaten here in the past and the experience was the same. The pricing is comparable to other Key West quality restaurants; however, the food was certainly a cut above. The strawberry shortcake is to die for. Thank you David Case for making our anniversary so memorable.

“Excellent!!!”
Reviewed 12 October 2012

Wonderful from start to finish, Dave is the ultimate host (reminds me of a Tim Gunn of the restaurant industry :)), the service is always professional and attentive, the food alway fresh and tasty. The tomato soup one of the best ever, the beet salad always delicious, and if the boneless deep-fried snapper is available, that's the one not to miss. The desserts are great, try the strawberry shortcake or the keylime mousse, you won't regret it.
