Great place to stay in the middle keys. The pool is very nice and there is a great beach area with hammocks with a great view of the Atlantic. You are able to see the ocean from all the rooms. The breakfast is good and filling. The suites have a kitchenette which is very convenient, if you don't want to eat out all the time. A small family could easily stay, as there is a pull-out couch.

Room Tip: I would prefer to stay on a higher floor facing the South and the pool

Went to this property for a short weekend fishing trip with friends. The first time we had brought any kids with us on a fishing trip and this was a perfect property for it. The pool and beach area are great for the kiddies. Onsite dinning is a gift after a long day on the fishing charter with good food and no need off the property with the tired adults! Beds were comfortable and 2 bathrooms were very nice.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are fresh and clean. My only complaint is the cleaning staff didn't get to our room before we came back from our charter at 2pm. Seemed like they should have been able to get to it sometime between 6am when we left and 2pm when we returned. Oh well, still got fresh towels on request and they came and emptied the trash cans.

Overall, a great experience though.

Room Tip: Try to get the pool side rooms! The view is much nicer.

Very nice hotel. Our kids loved the pool. We booked a suite which had a full kitchen (great for keeping your fish cool). We didn't pay extra for an ocean front room, but still had a nice view.

So many hotels & motels in Islamorada look better online than in person. With Hampton Inn, we knew exactly what to expect.

We have an enjoyable time here, the staff is friendly and competent. Clean rooms. Parking can get a bit tight at times, but we did fine with our midsize rental.

Room Tip: As with all seaside resorts, you need to request a view of the water, higher up the better.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We originally planned to stay 1 night, I called down the morning of check out and was quickly told we could stay another night in our same room! The rooms were big and clean, the beds comfortable, and the pool area was clean. The elevators were dirty, but no biggie. Tiki bar was ok.. i will post a separate review about the Outback/Tiki bar attached to the hotel. I don't want to cloud my positive review of the hotel. Parking was easy, always spots available. The front desk also called us a cab and made a great recommendation - Lazy Days - for dinner. I've stayed in other hotels in Islamorada and this one was the best value and clean. We didn't try the breakfast buffet however from the set up it looked like basic food, probably not the best, but there if you need it.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 403 and could see the ocean from our balcony, but main view was the roof of the Ou...

After looking at a few hotels, we picked the Hampton Inn due to it's room types suitable for families and location. The rooms were great - very spacious and well kept. The pool was pretty basic, but nice and warm with a separate hot tub nearby. Being that this is the keys, the hotel does have a sandy beach, however there is no beach entry into the water - this is done via stairs from the beach. The tides can also vary a few feet, so the water along the beach can range from inches to 3-4 feet deep at times from what we saw. There is an Outback which serves food right by the pool which was very convenient. Breakfast was great with nice variety, and the staff was excellent!

First trip to Keys and pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, large, clean room overlooking lovely pool area and good food available onsite from Outback Restaurant. In the evening the pool and Tiki Bar area became even lovelier when they lit the tiki torches around the area. Small beach area, but adequate for sunbathers from the hotel. Good location for visiting Key West and/or Key Largo.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the pool area or beachside are the best. There was music in the early evenings fr...
