This hotel had what was needed for a two night holiday. Location was near to restaurants and beach areas. Nice raised beach area and pool. Also had a tiki hut for drinks and a Outback located next door, which we did not used, as the hotel was close to local restaurants.

Room Tip: Ask for a beach front room.

Beach and pool area are wonderful. Could not imagine a nicer location. The hotel itself seems to be 20+ years old and is showing some of its age. It is still well kept and very nice but it is hard to make a building that is older compare to a new one. Our room was very nice but smelled as if it may have been a smoking room years ago. Pretty hard to ever cover up smoke smell. The smell could also have been due to its ocean front tropical environment but it was noticeable. I make mention of these items mostly because the room was $250 a night which elevates my expectation. This is the most I have ever paid for a room in my life, which is due to the location.

Great hotel. Room was great. We were on the 5 th floor (top floor). Higher floors have better views. Bed linens were excellent. The highway is nearby and does become a bit noisy. Nice pool and outside bar/restaurant with easy access to a beach area with palm trees and lounge chairs. Good complimentary breakfast. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

We totally enjoyed our week at the Hampton Inn. The beach area is pretty with shade if you need it and the pool is fine. Keep in mind that the keys beaches are not like coastal Fla. beaches. i.e they are not sand beaches with waves, rather you kind of end up at a pier. The hotel rooms are more than fine, clean and well maintained. The breakfasts are quite substantial and you can eat inside or outside if you prefer. The entire staff is very nice from reception to those that care for the breakfast area. Parking, wifi, breakfast, are all included. Why spend more? I would stay again.

We have been here for 3 nights and it really is nice. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite! The place is very comfortable with full --but small kitchen, comfy queen beds and very nice staff. The pool is wonderful, breakfast filling and tiki bar way to convenient for our afternoon happy hours. Laundry facilities on site (which we are using as I type). We went to a local laundromat and ended up coming back here because the per load wash was $1 cheaper than the local place in town. If you are looking for a comfortable place that is somewhat reasonable in price with NO RESORT fees, than give this place a look

We spent one night here on our way to Key West. Our stay was wonderful. We shared a 2-bedroom/2-bath suite with friends that we were traveling with. It was great because we could visit and didn't have to go off to our rooms after dinner. The suite was lovely, clean, and relaxing. There is an Outback restaurant on the site where we had a wonderful dinner. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. My friend and I loved browsing in their on-site gift shop. I would definately stay here again.

We spent two nights at the Hampton Inn & Suites and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent, right on the water with a lovely pool and hot tub. The rooms were very large, the manager upgraded us to a two bedroom, two bathroom suite which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast and it offers many options, including hot items, boxes of cereal, oatmeal and make your own waffles. Really nice extra touch, and the breakfast room is pleasant and overlooks the pool.

The front desk staff members were very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-out without a penalty (it got cold). There is a cute gift shop in the lobby that my daughter enjoyed looking around, and we were in walking distance to several nice dinner spots. The restaurant is attached to an Outback Steakhouse, and they allow room service deliveries from there, which was good.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation - there is a rental shop for jet skis, fishing trips, etc., right in back of the hotel and they also have bicycles for rent. I would definitely return.

Room Tip: Try to get a room facing the ocean side. There is some street noise if you're on the wrong side...
