“A real life bakery in the Keys!”
Reviewed 1 June 2014

We were able to take a short 3 day trip down to the Florida Keys, ended up staying on Islamorada. From all the great reviews we read about Bob's Bunz, we (of course) had to go check it out.

Yes, they have yummy baked goods - I had one of the smaller cinnamon buns and an elephant ear. I have not tasted an elephant ear like that since I was up north and had REAL bakeries around! The coffee is good also. My husband had a Cappuccino Muffin Top muffin, which he says was good; but not as good as he thought it would be. I had a bite and it tasted good to me! :)

We wanted to buy their Key Lime Cookies for our coworkers and had planned on stopping before leaving for home. We forgot...so now I've ordered them online. Can't wait for them to get here!

Service is good, people are friendly and they offer full breakfast and lunch menu also. We did not eat off the menu; but had our coffee and "bunz" there.

They also make some pretty awesome looking wedding cakes (or any special occasion cake)

“Day trip breakfast”
Reviewed 31 May 2014 via mobile

We stop at the Islamorada Bakery every time we are in town. My favorite is the cinnamon buns but I like to try different goodies. Today`s choice was the apple turnover. Nice and flaky and not too sweet with lots of apples.

“BUSTED BREAKFAST”
Reviewed 31 May 2014

Very disapointed in the BISCUTS AND GRAVY. Biscuts did not impress me at all. they didn't taste or look like they were fresh baked that day. The gravy tasted like it came out of a packet or even a can. $7.00 is way to much for 2 un-impressive biscuts split and barely covered by canned gravy. If a bakery can't deliver fresh, light tasty biscuts evey day then they should stop BAKING and stop callling themselves a great bakery!!!!!! :0((

“Get baked goods to go, menu food is a let down.”
Reviewed 28 May 2014 via mobile

It took almost an hour to receive a few pancakes and breakfast sandwich. Most people's orders seemed slow. The baked goods in the case looked very good, so I would recommend ordering those and leaving. Service was friendly, but extremely slow. The food ordered from the menu was nothig special and overpriced ($10 for small croissant with bacon egg and cheese, no sides). We felt "stuck"there as we couldn't get our waitress to stop by for refills or to check of status of our order after nearly an hour. We felt like we wasted our morning there.

“Fun little place for breakfast”
Reviewed 28 May 2014

Stopped in for breakfast and enjoyed our meal. Staff was friendly. Small local place. Not great for large parties. We took some cookies and pastries to go back to hotel and they were really good. Will definitely stop back next time we are in the Keys....
