We spent a wonderful week at Cheeca as part of my birthday celebrations. Unfortunately we had a bit of a hiccup when we first arrived, but that was handled very satisfactorily by the terrific Cassandra whose customer service skills are superb. Thank you also to Chris and Alix on Reception for your help in sorting out our issues. We stayed in Room 709 which had a partial view of the Lagoon area. Our room was a one bed roomed suite which was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Our husbands were in fishing seventh heaven with the Fishing Pier on the doorstep , and my friend and I loved the adult pool where there were always enough empty sun loungers. When the wind dropped, we were able to relax on the beach, which again was very quiet and peaceful. The staff at Cheeca are very friendly and keen to assist. When the men fished, the girls went shopping. One of the great things about the location of Cheeca is that there are lots of boutiques and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We were able to eat out at night without the necessity of using the car. We are definitely planning a return visit to this lovely hotel.

The lodge had just opened after hurricane Irma. During our vacation at Cheeca Lodge it rained every day. You had to be ready at anytime to go out side when it stopped raining. We had to make the best of it! All in all the resort was very nice but still a work in progress.

Great time at the beach bar...Tom is an excellent bartender..super fun and personable. We didn’t have the best weather so it was nice to have a relief at the bar. Tom Recommended great food and drinks and was just and all around nice guy. Thank you for your service.

Fantastic spot for a quiet get away. The resort has made an outstanding recovery from the hurricane .Great service and dinning experience . The golf course is an added plus amenity even though it still requires a lot of work . A great walk, nice wedge play but a bit bumpy on the putting. Look forward to playing again on our next visit.

My husband and I were visiting the Keys for our 3rd year anniversary. A good friend of ours told us to make sure we stop at the Cheeca Lodge, because it was his favorite place to stay while in the Keys. On our way back from staying in Marathon, we decided to check it out. We sat at the outside Tiki Bar and were served by Tom and Zakayi. They were fabulous! What a team and the food and drinks were amazing. The hotel/resort is gorgeous and the staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend stopping on your way if passing through or even staying at the resort. Make sure to ask for Zakayi and Tom! My husband and I will be back.
